Northeast Rooter Sewer & Drain

I called Northeast Rooter on a Monday because my kitchen sink refused to drain. I had tried every trick in the book and still could not clear it out. Brett showed up within an hour and diagnosed the situation quickly. Brett was very up front with the price range and explained what needed to be done. The price was on par with what others would charge. Brett explained repeatedly that there was a risk of damage due to extremely old pipes and wanted to make sure I knew. Brett was extremely professional and did a great job clearing up the clog while also maintaining a clean area. Brett even stuck around and chatted with us on how to prevent this type of situation going forward. I would 100 percent recommend Northeast Rooter going forward and definitely use them again!

I'm so pleased with the service Brett and Walt provided. Brett is knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended not cleaning the cellar floor drain at this time. It was connected to outside cast iron gutters. No longer used, due to modern gutter installation. It would be costly and is still draining in this 1930's home.

I received service same day which I didn’t expect. Brett was able to identify what our issue was and even though and refer us to a plumber that he works closely with to resolve our issue. We probably should have called a plumber first but had no idea where to start. I will definitely call on him again if needed.

Had a clogged sewer pipe in my basement causing flooding. Called and spoke to Walter who sent his son Brett within 20 minutes of my call. Very efficient in resolving my problem and he even helped bring a big bin full of water out of my basement, something l doubt someone else will do. I would strongly recommend this company. Major issue this weekend! Found water and what appeared to be sewage in our basement (turned out we were correct on the sewage part). Called multiple companies with no response. Called Northeast Rooter, left a message and the owner (Walt) called back in 5 minutes and let us know someone would be out first thing Sunday morning. Sure enough, Brett called at 7:45 to say he was on his way. Brett was extremely professional and quickly got to work on the issue. All is now well and the service experience was outstanding! I highly recommend calling Northeast Rooter for emergency and maintenance clean outs!

I had Brett, Walt’s son here for a major problem on my pipe going to the street. They came out in the time frame they said they would. Diagnosed the issue when other companies could not figure out what was wrong. Brett knew right away. He explained everything fully and even gave me great tips to avoid this issue in the future, he was upfront with pricing and what he was going to do for his work. I am always looking for small family run businesses who are looking out for peoples’ well-being and do not try to upcharge for anything. Straight forward and honest father and son who will never steer you wrong. I will be recommending this company to any family and friends who run into the same issue I had. 5 stars all around.

Very pleased with this company. Had a clogged drain which was a very difficult due to alot of buildup, but Brett came and would not give up until the job was done. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The price was more than I anticipated but this was because it was not an easy job. He informed me of this beforehand and he did not pressure me. I felt very comfortable with his skills and experience therefore was happy to pay for a job well done. Would definitely use in the future and would recommend to others.

I can’t say enough great things about Northeast Rooter! Waking up to an overflowing toilet, the panic set in. I called these guys on a recommendation from my normal plumber as the description of my issue led them to believe I had a main septic line blockage. Called Northeast Rooter and they walked me through what was likely the issue and committed to getting Brett out to my house same day. Brett is outstanding! He is such a nice person and was able to unclog the pipe pretty quickly. He stayed to test the line to make sure we were all set. His first job ran long with lots of complicated issues and he still came out same day as promised. If you need sewer or drain work - call Northeast Rooter! I highly recommend Northeast Rooter Sewer and Drain. Walt was calm and reassuring on the phone. Brett was on my elderly mother’s property assessing the condition of an ongoing plumbing catastrophe within a 1/2 hour after making the call. He worked tirelessly for hours until he came to the realization that this job was beyond what any plumber could do. He and his father called MDC and stood by until she was reassured that the damage to her sewer and drainage pipes were not her responsibility, but of the town. We want to thank Walt and Brett for their professionalism, excellent customer service, compassion, honesty, integrity and determination to get to the very bottom of this problem when others would not.

I needed emergency service on a Saturday night. I had a house guest and my shower backed up with sewage while she was visiting. Brett came out after 8pm and was very polite and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem immediately. I will definitely call Northeast Rooter again if I have another issue like this.

We had this company come out to fix our clogged shower drain. We called them at night, and the next morning they were there to fix our issue. Our technician (Brett) was so personable and knowledgeable, he answered any questions I had! They were able to fix our shower no problem. We will be calling them again if we have issues elsewhere no questions asked!
