Food was very good and phenomenal service. Went there to celebrate friend birthday, server was quite friendly and took care. Being vegetarian I ordered spasta made with squash pasta and veges. Would surely recommend!!

We went for my birthday… really like this place…they gave us great table in the front window, it’s fun to people watch. Our waiter was Very attentive and always near by! Brought me a lot of extra garlic, I ate it all! Really liked the food and atmosphere. Thanks for a fun evening.

The food and the service were absolutely phenomenal. Went there to celebrate a birthday and from the moment I placed the reservation to the final take home bag filled with some extra goodies, everything Salute did made this the perfect night. Start with the garlic cheese bread and finish with the graham cracker gelato. I would highly recommend.

I loved my chicken Parmesan, and it was quite a generous portion. My friend got pasta and a craft beer, and thought they were quite good too! Service was on-point.

The food was great and the atmosphere was really good too, but what really made the meal was the incredible service, not only by our waiter, but the incredible host at the desk, Jimmy. We called ahead to put ourselves on a list and his energy was already infectious over the phone. He was the definition of “Service with a Smile” all night, as he helped patrons to their table and helped the wait staff bring food out at times too. He even went above and beyond moving tables and chairs around all night to accommodate parties of all sizes. The whole night, he remembered my fiancées name and even made sure to stop us on the way out and make conversation, ask us where we were from and what brought us in tonight. He sent us both off with some bread as a little gift and really made a great night that much better. We will likely come back and we hope we get to see Jimmy again.

The host was exceptional, he offered 1/2 off token for parking and made sure we got our complimentary takeaway biscuits at the end, even after we’d already exited the restaurant. Being treated like family while eating out, is a rare experience and we appreciate it.

Jimmy and his amazing staff at Salute will always have a special place in our hearts. We were left in the dust for our rehearsal dinner from a previous venue & had heard about Salute through a friend and took a chance. Jimmy delivered! He took the time to meet with me about the menu, he was so sweet and kind! I never once had any question or worry after that initial meeting. He made Salute feel like family for my bridal party and we were all greeted and served with grace and kindness. It was amazing I could not ask for a better rehearsal dinner space. We can’t wait to go back to see Jimmy! Thank you for everything.

We are so happy we found this place. Great Atmosphere, Great Service, and Wonderful Food.
Luckily we arrived at Happy Hour and sat in the Bar.
Rafael and Cassidy were our Bar Attendees. So awesome and attentive. They both made sure we were taken care of at all times.
The food was AMAZING.
Cooked to perfection and fast.
I can't wait to visit Hartford again, just so we can come back to SALUTE.

We visited on Saturday 2/10. Michael was an unbelievable server. So dedicated, fast, friendly, passionate about his job. We haven’t had someone like him as a waiter in years. Salute is very, very lucky to have him. He’s making them look good.

Our server was amazing.
He knew the menu front and back. I also heard another server that was with another guest who seemed just as good.
I got the steak special (see pic) and it came out perfect. Everything with the dish was amazing and the drinks were awesome as well.
Would recommend this place to anyone.

Let's start with the food, absolutely exceptional. Caesar salad/ dressing was probably the best caesar I've ever had.
I would most definitely go here solely for this item. The cheesey bread was out of this world, I am very much a carb girl and this was my favorite aside from the salad. My sister got the chicken and vodka sauce and I had a few bites and the chicken was so tender and delicious paired with the sauce, you can't ask for anything better.
Now the service was what made this place really stand out. Our server was amazing and not to mention the owner or manager coming over and making sure everything was just right. It was also my sister's birthday and they made this experience into something we will never forget. Everyone was so kind and friendly, giving a home-like feeling. I felt very comfortable and very welcomed.
If I could give 10 stars and then some I would. If anyone is on the fence about going here just do it and I promise it will not disappoint.

Our first time in this place, we got meatballs, vodka pasta y ñoquis. Dessert cream bulle. I just want to say your food was absolutely phenomenal. Every bit felt a pleasure to eat. I have never had such a wonderful experience with food. We will gladly come back and strongly recommend anyone to come and try the food. Absolutely AMAZING!!!

I love EVERYTHING about Salutes!! I had the boneless short ribs which was so tender, I didn't need a fork. The potato lasagna was great (scalloped). The garlic bread is so cheesy and delicious, its a MUST! The service was amazing and the owner is very welcoming. Can't wait to go back

I can't say enough good things about this place. I came here on a work visit after seeing the reviews and the menu and it was 100% worth it. The staff provides incredible service. The espresso martini was delicious. The rose pasta is incredible flavor and melts in your mouth. The cheesy bread is excellent. They even packed my leftovers for me and gave me a biscotti to go for my morning coffee! Will absolutely come back next time I'm in town!

Food was amazing, staff and service was perfect. We arrived early before a show at the Bushnell and the staff was hustling to get us in, stuffed and on our way. Very attentive and friendly despite the bustle of a Friday night. Can't wait to get back!

Great Customer Service! Called to check if they could accommodate 10 people after a matinee show at the Bushnell. They initially said no, then a minute later, they called me back and said they could. Food was great, atmosphere was awesome and service was incredible. They even gave both families unbaked garlic cheesy bread to take home. Awesome!
