Dr. Ahmed has been my doctor for the past 20 years. I am truly grateful for Dr. Ahmed as he is always pleasant, asks me questions and is genuinely concerned about my overall health. His staff is also very friendly, efficient and I’m able to see the doctor with hardly any wait time. I usually see Dr. Ahmed for my yearly physical. He takes his time to explain, in detail, what I need and do not need as far as tests and bloodwork are concerned. My experience with East Hartford Medical Center through the years has been exceptional. I'm thankful to have Dr. Ahmed as my primary care provider.

I seem this doctor for over 18 years now and treated all my kids very well, good doctor sometimes he gets to the office at 10am
But he works till 6:30 PM even Saturday and Sunday good Doctor I will recommend it for everyone

East Hartford Medical Center needs New Management. I went to this center to receive services for my child. Upon entering the facility, the front desk staff had an attitude to begin with ( male), the environment was not what a Health Center should be. As a patient whether first visit or not the medical team should make their patients feel comfortable, this was my first visit and the last. I called back to get information about my child’s visit the same person at the front desk answered and low and behold I got no help. This is coming from someone in the Medical Profession.

INFO ALSO DR.ANUM IS RACIST ! And SHE WILL ARGUE WITH YOU INSTEAD OF MAKING THINGS RIGHT

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This place is horrible!! They scheduled me an appointment for 9AM knowing the doctor is always late and did not show up until 10AM!!!! Its sad that this is what people have to deal with when you don't have top notch insurance. I would not bring my dog here.

Super unprofessional. They don’t even let you talk in this place just yeah yeah yeah and the service? Horrible. If you wnat to be treated like a human don’t go here.

Horrible isn't the word. They lost my son's entire medical record. From the time he was born. They have no clue how to run a doctor's office
