I booked a parking space in a ramp in Boston online. Was super easy!! Clear instructions. In and out without any issues! Saved so much money! (Only spent $10 vs $40+)

I give 3 stars today's on Sunday @12:15pm at yale emergency hospital staff was rude the female did not walk to the drivers side window to greet me I had to lean over the passenger seat to make my payment then reach outside the passenger window again to give her the car tag. I also had to ask her to repeat what she said because it was hard to hear her because she did not lean down to talk into the window. She I SAID 20 rude with attitude. This is the second time I had to deal with her. Hope its the last if the company ask they staff to be more respectful to the customers..

Found the lot easily. However, we were charged $20,00 for 2.5 hours of parking.. Had no choice as the parking garage was full, price there was $10. We were there for college graduation. We were from out of State and felt fleeced.

My car was towed on Saturday September 23, 2023 on the corner of Church Street and High Street in Hartford, CT. My wife and I attended an event at the XL Center and after several hours we left the event to go to our car and head home. As we approached the parking lot we discovered that our vehicle was gone. We found out that we needed to pay for the time the vehicle was parked, but there were no signs indicating that it was for paid parking. The only signs visible were public parking in huge white letters with an orange background. Little did we know those signs are for propark. We thought the car was stolen. When we contacted the number for propark, the person on the other end of the phone knew nothing about that spot. They claimed to only have the garage directly across the XL Center. I give them one star because I can't give them negative five stars. Don't park at that lot.

Valet in Denver at the Sheraton, scraped my bumper and tells me I should have "inspected" my car before leaving the premises. They have "no liability" after I leave. Dishonest company that will not do the right thing when their employee was negligent.

They say it is their policy that claims must be maid before leaving and there is nothing they can do. My response is that they have dishonest employees who wrecked my car an did not come forward as an upstanding person representing their company.

Avoid Propark Mobility - especially at the Denver Sheraton. Negligent & dishonest employees!

I was ticketed for a paid meter and the phone line listed is disabled (but it doesn’t say this until it’s played 5 extended promo advertisements). There is no available recourse and after speaking to the Boston City Hall I was told there is no public line to address the matter. Private parking shouldn’t exist, especially when offered on city-operated parking meter apps.

I utilized valet services provided by Propark Mobility during a stay at the MC Hotel in Montclair NJ in late October. When my car was brought up prior to departure, I noticed that there were pen marks on the seat indicating that the attendant who parked the car had a pen in his back pocket that marked up the seat. I filed a claim that included pictures of the damage. According to the Propark claims department, the attendant said 'he didn't have a pen on him,' so based on that single response, they determined they weren't responsible for the damage - case closed. If you use valet services provided by Propark, be prepared for damage. If your car is damaged and Propark provides the valet services, do not expect any acceptance of responsibility or compensation. They are THE worst. Be aware of who provides valet services and do not use the valet if Propark provides the services.

Ok. Would NOT recommend parking at this location as monthly tenant. Parking attendant was rude... Management was disrespectful in the end, but claimed to understand my situation when I called in to complain. Terms were not explained to me by the way. When I signed up and paid. I paid to start services on the 10th for monthly parking and didn't get a full month before I requested to end my contract. I was told it was a courteous to not charge me the monthly because the binding agreement states a 30 day notices and they aren't charging based on a pro rated system. There are times when there are no spaces available, and your forced to find parking on the street, or risk parking in AN OPEN Tesla, Reserved or Handicap spot. If you do that then you're at risk of getting towed. So I'll be finding parking somewhere else from now on. Bad business, Not worth it.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! My Jeep was broken into while parked in Canopy Parking, Commerce City, Co,. for five days. The thief clearly cut my soft top with some kind of sharp object, climbed in, not only ransacked it from back to front, but had plenty of time to sort through my spare change. They removed tokens, chapstick & batteries, leaving them on the seat. I have extra storage compartments. Those were torn apart. With shuttles coming and going 24/7 on top of security, they were given plenty of time. Security never noticed the soft top complete cut open and flapping? The company of course refused to pay for the damage to my Jeep. While filing a Police report, I was told that four vehicle's were stolen from the same parking. I'm convinced it's an inside job. I make sure to tell everyone I know to NOT park here, ever!

This company issued my friend an illegal ticket and has not given her any recourse to dispute it. Calls to the listed phone number are met with multiple, irrelevant ads. Shame on Propark Mobility!

ProPark at 777 Main is TERRIBLE. Even if you pay your monthly fees ON TIME. You still can’t get into the parking garage or exit. Today my barcode just stopped working on a Saturday morning. Due to the terrible services ProPark provides to their paying customers. I started a huge line. It is so cramped in the parking garage I couldn’t even back up to let people go around. If it wasn’t for another resident providing me with the help line phone number, I would have been stuck their. NowI am supposed to wait until Monday for resolution?! What if I have an emergency and need to use my car to get out of the parking garage. Now I have to call every time I enter and exit. I already paid this months fee. How ridiculous. Hopefully, Laz Parking takes over soon!

After 4 unreturned calls over a period of weeks, I can inform the public that this is a sheisty organization and it is led by it's love for money over service. It hires drivers who damage vehicles and it's managers conduct no investigations before swiftly denying claims and they certainly won't call you back when they themselves are fully aware of these facts. Straight-dealing companies and those that manage them well, don't conduct themselves like those at Pro-Park. I guess in a time where good help is hard to find, why not keep a driver on your team that drives vehicles over curbs and doesn't take responsibility for it. What could it hurt, aye? Extreme lack of integrity, across the board. Why have dozens of cameras at a location if you are too lazy to review the footage? I imagine the driver responsible has damaged more cars since my rims and front bumper were wrecked and my valve stem ruptured on a brand new set of tires. Very obviously caused by a valet driver and very likely in clear view of many cameras. I don't count on anyone reaching out even after a one star review. At best, we'll see a smug response deflecting any and all responsibility as I imagine is true in most instances, not just mine. Park your own car and walk!!!! There is nothing "premiere" about a $50/day "service" that has no comprehension of how to serve, from the highest level and reflected in every tier below. Natalie and Jonathan at JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX deserve kudos for their professionalism, it's unfortunate that they have to speak on behalf of Pro-Park.

This location of Propark or whoever is managing this particular facility is a dishonest and deceptive business(The Farrington Garage LGA - Airport).

Bestparking.com processed our parking reservation for May 11th-15th(10:00 am-10:00 am). We called in advance and asked them if we could arrive a couple of hours earlier on the 11th and pick up the vehicle around midnight on the 14th.

They told us that their last call for the shuttle is midnight and such is not provided after that hour. They assured us we shouldn't have any problems with this booking at all because the driver leaves after 12 anyway. Our flight ETA was 11:35 pm, but due to weather conditions, the same was delayed for a 5min or so. As soon as we landed, I called while still on the airplane and that impolite woman told us that the driver left 15min ago.

I tried explaining the whole situation, but she hang upon us. Such negligence forced us to be on the street with three little kids looking for a taxi/Uber($40) from LGA to their garage. Upon arrival, the parking employee disregarded the fact that I prepaid the 15th till 10:00 AM and tried to make me pay an extra $9 for the fact that we arrived 2hrs earlier on the 11th.

I explained to him that we were allowed to come 2hrs earlier due to our flight requirements and that was the reason we bought an extra day as a token of compensation. We still got a stone-cold, "Sorry". That hit my anger button, and I expressed my frustration about the whole drama into which we were deliberately dragged. I faced a lot of resistance for those bl**dy $9.00. However, I learned a lesson - Never trust those parking sharks and theirs's "No worries, We got you!" nonsense.

This business has nothing to do with the hotel nearby which separated themselves from them time ago. It is an independent parking operator that relies on and most likely performs unfair practices by using deceptive, and kind of fraudulent techniques, including misrepresentation and false advertising of service. We felt being extorted with their unethical methods to gain profit. Shame on them.

Never again!

Took a trip to Fort Lauderdale/Miami and the last day there, on the way back to the airport, I took a wrong turn and ended up pulling into a parking lot to figure out where I was. Realized it was paid parking and even tried to pay for the five minutes I sat there to pull up directions. For some reason the machine wouldn’t read my card. Sat here for maybe 5-7 minutes and left the second I could pull up the directions. I would have quickly parked somewhere else but of course I’m not familiar with the area. Now months later I get a $90 ticket from the rental car company with another $60 in processing fees somehow. A bit of a ridiculous price for someone who was in a lot for less than 10 minutes and did attempt to pay.

The worst parking garage on the planet. Charge ridiculous fees to permits holder while allowing unlimited random visitors to use the garage. Why can’t your valuable company use those money to build an algorithm to stop taking visitors when the capacity reaches a limit? I don’t see the money being used in maintenance of the garage as well. There are potholes everywhere in the garage that potentially damage tires. I wish there’s 0 star here.

8/16/19-Moved to Hartford from out of state 4 days ago. Purchased a pass for $117/month for the 180 Allyn Street lot. Less than 12 hours after leaving my car in the lot my first night in town (8/12 overnight into 8/13), my driver’s side window was completely broken in, belongings destroyed, permanent damage to interior of vehicle. Had to get car towed to a repair facility 3 towns over. Almost $400 in repairs for new window and had to call/show up in the office 3 times for a full refund of $117. Would not recommend ProPark’s business to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Never park here! I paid for ten hours with my credit card. I got stuck over night Out of state and went there the next day and car was towed. They have my credit card on file there was zero need to tow my car. Zero consideration for people. Things happen and plans change. I would never park here again and will warn everyone I know to never park here. Clearly a very greedy owner.
