I highly recommend them! Friendly, professional, explains things well, and very responsive. They quoted me a great price before seeing the issue, and even though the job turned out to require a lot more work, they didn’t charge me any more. They replaced my outdoor faucet and shut off, ran pex pipes into the basement and installed a drain for the winter - meticulous work.

We had a wonderful experience with Mike and Kyle! They were very knowledgeable and quickly identified our issue which was a pipe burst. They replaced our pipe the same day. They were quick and professional. We'll defiantly use them again for any of our future plumbing needs.

Hired Mike to replace an old sink in my kitchen. The entire process was smooth, they gave me a quote over the phone, Mike was responsive to my questions about the sink since we decided to buy it ourselves. Mike and Kyle came to my house as scheduled and did an excellent job. Sink looks great, everything works as expected.

I’ve used many plumbers over the years but my search for the perfect plumber has ended. Mike and his son Kyle are fantastic. They installed and rerouted our sump pump and installed a new faucet for us. Both jobs were done perfectly. They pay great attention to detail and clean up after they’re done. On top of that they are very nice people. As long as they’re in business, they’ll be our go to plumbers.

Last year I found I had a leak from the top of my water heater. I had called a few places for some quotes. Not only was Lauretti Plumbing able to relocate the new water heater to a better location, get me a water heater with a longer warranty AND fit me in the next day at the end of the day, they also saved me $1200+ from another quote. The work was done quickly, professionally and with the price they were definitely not out to nickel and dime me. I see some not so good reviews here and I'm wondering how true they really are as my experience was phenomenal. I would recommend Lauretti Plumbing as a first choice to anyone and will also be my new go-to for any Plumbing I need done!

Their service exceeded expectation. They were professional and detail-oriented, helping me understand exactly what the cause of the issue was. They came to repair a leaking faucet and also took the time to help me locate the furnace filter in my new home. When the furnace filter mechanism was a rare model, they took the time to learn exactly how it worked so that I would have that knowledge going forward. I definitely recommend this business, and will contact them for future projects.

They did a Lowes install to replace a bathroom faucet. Done in less than an hour, and cleaned up afterward. Courteous and professional, would use them again.

Mike arrived right on schedule. He quickly removed and replaced my hot water heater in less than 2 hours. He even noticed some improper wiring and made sure I was made aware of it. Very professional and prompt.
