Chris did a great job working through an issue with my hot water heater. He worked with the manufacturer to get it warrantied and was very communicative. We ultimately ended up replacing it and he was very helpful in working through the options and cost. And it was all done fast. Thanks!

I had 3 different plumbing issues in my home, kitchen sink pipes that were leaking, the valve and inner parts of a toilet needed to be replaced, and a major pipe leak in my basement due to corrosion. Donovan and his partner did a great job fixing all issues and I am very pleased with their work. They were very friendly, professional and wasted no time. Will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs in the future.

A main water pipe burst in our cellar. Advance Plumbing came and cut the old, lead pipes out and carefully installed brand new pipes. What an excellent job! I will be calling them again for other projects. Thankyou Tommy

Once again Advance Plumbing out of Newington hit a home run. They worked with me to replace the main shutoff in the house. Came out once and the water dept was unable to shutoff at the curb. I had that fixed with Safety Valve Insurance. Joey came back out today and completed the job very professionally. This is my second time using them as they also replaced my heating system a year ago. Top notch!!! I will also use them for all my future needs!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend Advance Plumbing & Heating. Called about a water heater replacement. Got an estimated quote and scheduled appointment same call. Joey came out on the scheduled day & time slot and had the new water heater swapped out and hauled away the old one in under 2 hours. Everyone involved was polite & professional!

We were in need of a new boiler and called Advance. They came out right away to give us a quote. We agreed and Chris, Dylan and Florjan came to install it. They had our new boiler installed and running in one day. They worked hard and stayed to make sure that everything was alright and did not leave until we had heat in our house. We are very happy with everyone from Advance that we dealt with to make this happen. It was our first time using Advance but by their speedy response and professional install I will definitely call them again when in need of any aspects of plumbing, heating issues I need help with. They helped with the Oil to Gas Conversion. Michael, the president of Advance Plumbing if I’m not wrong, who first came to my house and gave me the estimate was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed before making my decision to which company I wanted to used. He did explained everything about the equipment I needed and the ones on the market, the pros and cons. I didn’t received such information from the other companies I requested estimates from and that made me feel more comfortable and decided to go with them. The office lady named Nicole was very responsive to all my calls when I had questions and concerns and always greeted me with respect and a very friendly manner. The guys who came to my house and did the installation were very professional, communicative and friendly. They knew what they were doing and always gave me the right answer when I asked them. They removed all my old heating equipment such as the oil tank, furnace and eletric boiler, cleaned and organized after they finish the job. They were there on time for the inspections done by my city and gas company Eversource. I didn’t have any problems throughout the installation at all and will be using them for my needs in the future. I highly recommend them!
