I love it and their work are excellente

The Hartford Garage is paying for the damages to my car. I'm very grateful that they are making this right.

Edit: I reached out to LAZ via their website’s “contact us” page and never received a response. The answer from LAZ you see below is clearly PR to make people think they actually care and try to help people with a complaint.

We paid for a wine tasting at a charity auction and the owner of the store next door told us we could park there. Evidently the garage didn’t get the memo as when we showed up and tried to park, and I let them know what we were there for, the employee went to ask her manager. She came back and told me her manager said “you need to turn around and park somewhere else”. Not even given an option to pay for parking. Literally was just refused parking. So I guess the owner of this garage really hates that charity (Manes & Motions, which does therapeutic horseback riding for people with autism, Down’s Syndrome, and other disorders) for some reason, which is absolutely bizarre. Probably the most deserving one star I’ve ever given. Don’t know why they hate that charity in particular but to take it out on people who donated is just so strange. Definitely will make sure in the future that even if I can’t find parking anywhere else in the city, I will never ever try to park here again.

Horrific experience. Parked in garage so we could have dinner across the street. We returned to garage and attempted to leave (we had Hamilton Bushnell Theater tickets), and we could not get out of the garage. The machine at the gate would not accept payment and the gate would not open. The machine also ATE my credit card! When we attempted to contact employees to help us, a female employee over the intercom said she’d be right down to help us ( she never appeared). Worse yet- a different female employee on the intercom condescendingly addressed menand refused to open the gate. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! The only help came from a male employee who we were able to contact through a different gate intercom. Without his swift assistance ( he opened a different exit gate for us), we would have missed our show. Still can’t believe we experienced such incompetence. Thank you to the male employee!

Not a good experience at the Front St. Hartford garage. The self-pay kiosk was out of order, no one was at the booth, and the gates were not working. Several customers were "trapped" in the garage for a while. When LAZ employees showed up no one was offered an apology or discounted rate.

Be wary of parking here. Some lots do not have an attendant, but still expect you to pay 24/7 and will tow your car to West Hartford if you don't. Use a Hartford Parking Authority garage instead as they only charge M-F 8-6.

Park elsewhere!! My car was trapped overnight with no way out. Parked on Friday night and was told that I would not be able to access my car until Monday! Luckily, there was an event and I was able to get in early, but no access for three days is totally unacceptable.

If I could give this no stars I would. While the valet attendants by the hotel are attentive. Getting in and out of this place is horrible if you don't valet. They can not answer questions. They just look at the computer and demand you give them the amount it says. Customer-centric is not part of their philosophy. It's unfortunate because the hotel is fantastic.

My car and three others got broken into here. I had removed all valuables, but my window was smashed. The garage is hard to get in touch with even though I have called and emailed. PLEASE save yourself a lot of time, money, and hardship and do not park here.

Terrible service and are money hungry. Show no respect to students using garage and have no communication with events going on that restrict parking to usual customers. Only ratings above 1 star aren’t real customers. Terrible, straight up awful. Deserve no stars.

Supposed to be open for 2 hours after event but the gate was locked less than an hour afterwards.
