My sales representative, Brian Davis, has gone above and beyond expectations to ensure that every load goes as smoothly as possible. If any issues arise, he is on top of it right away and I rarely even know any problems occurred. I highly recommend this company for any freight you need moved.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This company is the worst of the worst. We took a load for them in December. Submitted the required paperwork as per our contract and had to strong arm them into paying us. They would not answer the phone, return calls, or respond to emails. I finally went directly to their customer for payment and include the entire C2C company on the email with the customer explaining what had transpired. Long story short, if you want to get paid you are going to have to force them to comply, reach out directly to the shipper and pray for the best. If you aren't willing to do this, run the other way and I mean quick!

We did a load for this company over a month away and haven't gotten paid. Once the load was delivered, they stop responding to calls and emails. They asked for original BOLs, we mailed it in and still no payment.

Guys beware of these time wasters,
I need a car transport, made a call on Saturday 7/24. The associate that i was working with was Mike Garcia. Mike told me that he would get a driver guaranteed for Wednesday 7/28 for $150 for their company and $750 for the driver. He told me that he would contact me on Tuesday to let me know what time the driver will stop by and pickup the van. So Tuesday came along I called Mike no answer the entire day and voicemail was full and received no call back from Mike or anyone from the company, so i contacted the driver. Driver told me that Mike told him he was gonna use a different driver so i contacted Mike (P.S FINALLY ANSWERED) and Mike told me that the driver said that he wasn’t gonna do the delivery. So then Mike told me that a driver will come by on Thursday to pickup the van. The driver never showed up and I contacted him just so he could tell me that another driver was gonna pickup the van. At this time i was so fed up. They have no communication with their customers and their drivers. On top of that Mike charged my card $150 for Absolutely Nothing. Never showed, Never pickup the van and Mike had the audacity to charge me $150. I contacted another company and within the 30 mins after calling them they got me a driver and got the car delivered safe and sound the next day. Thank You So Much Mike Garcia For Absolutely Nothing and For Having The Audacity to Charge Me $150 for “ Great Service “ !!!!!

Coast to Coast is not a reliable company to work with. Theirs broker authority is inactive on FMCSA. They don't have broker bond insurance on file with FMCSA only equipment. Booked a load with them on March and no payment for the past 2 months. Accounting is not serious. Doesn't reply emails. Phone calls are not answered and cant even leave a voicemail because it full. This is not a ethical professional company to deal with. DON'T WORK WITH THEM.

Requested quickpay for a load delivered on 4/21 and have not been able to reach anyone in accounting or in dispatching on the phone or email. If it reaches the 30 day mark I will be taking further action and reporting to the proper agencies.

I spoke with Larry at Coast to Coast on 04/18/20 ,and he advised us that he had a driver to take my Can am spyder to Las Vegas within 2hrs. After contacting the driver Robert sent me a tex with a disp for 04/19/20. I was told that my vehicle was getting transported on 04/18/20. I end up riding the cam am spyder to Vegas 300miles. If I ever need something transported I will do it myself .
