Mei Tzu Sushi Bar & Kitchen

It’s hard to find a good sushi place that has a lot of other options That are also delicious! This place had it all! We had the spicy dumplings, chicken curry, drunken noodles, and sushi! It was all delicious and wicked fast. Will definitely come back!

I tried this place for the first time tonight.
I got the general tso’s combination plate with brown rice Instead of pork fried rice and it was cooked to perfection. I must say this is one of the best Chinese takeout places I ever had in my life,
The chicken they serve is unlike any other I’ve had, it is so tender and high-quality, I can’t wait to come back for more. If you’re in this area, craving delicious food,

For starters, lets start with the atmosphere. From the design of the restaurant to the the other little decorations that put everything together the place is just beautiful. The food, is amazing. This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I just ordered the hot and spicy beef with pork fried rice. Everything from the presentation to the flavors, even the veg being cooked to perfection just blows me away every time. They even have a sushi bar which is an A+. Also, they are very affordable. This is now the only restaurant i dont mind spending my money.

The food is usually quite good. I especially enjoy the Beef Chow Fun. Not available in many local restaurants. Also I like to compare fried rice. And there's is some of the best I've had in CT.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here! The drunken noodles are flavorful and the sushi was so fresh. The sushi rice was also very yummy. Service was super quick. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Laid back.

They're the best of the best locally for Chinese and sushi. Always extremely friendly, you'll develop a rapport with the staff. The food is always to die for and the sushi is made to order & extremely fresh. Only Asian restaurant I'll go to! You will not be disappointed in house or for take out!!

Lots of dishes & rolls to choose from. Delicious Hot & Sour Soup. House special rolls were also excellent.

Amazing food and great options. We got the veggie lo mein, mixed veg and tofu in mala spicy sauce, and brown rice shrimp tempura roll, everything came at a good timing, fresh piping and hot, food was 10/10, service was awesome too! Highly recommend- we will be coming back!

Dont be deceived by the exterior of this restaurant. The exterior is rather unassuming. However the quality and the variety of the food served here is amazing. The red and white interior gives a feeling of warm abience. The food is exceptionally good. Drunken Noodles and Spicy chicken wings are my favourites.

Nice decor and friendly service. The food came out fast and tasted great!

The only disappointment was the limited desert option. They only offered fried vanilla ice cream. But it tasted good!

This was my first time I ordered from this place. I was recommended to order here by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. My first time I ordered the eel rolls with cream cheese. It was very good. I also ordered tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. The sushi was amazing and the prices are reasonable. They do have more food then just sushi. They have noodles and rice. (I haven’t tried it yet) The restaurant entrance is deceiving as the place looks a lot cozier on the inside. The place is very open and very welcoming. I would order here again.

I enjoyed eating here, the food was nice and well presented and the price was fair for the amount of food and quality, I enjoyed the pad thai and the kung pao

First time trying. Friends recommended it and we ordered and picked it up. Everything was correct and was very good. We will go Again.

This place is a true hidden gem. I have driven by so many times and didn't realize it was there. We stopped in for lunch and it was delicious. We had salad with ginger dressing(I would buy this by the jug full of the sold it) hands down the best I've ever had. Miso soup for appetizers. Then boneless spare ribs, beef and broccoli, pork fried rice, egg rolls, and my husband got a spicy tuna roll. Everything was hot, full of flavor and the portions were decent size.

The waitress was very nice and after our meal we talked to the owner to let him know Everything was amazing.

We truly can't wait to go back!!!

Great service, always excellent food! Sushi masters are friendly and create beautiful delicious creations that sometimes look too nice to eat! But we do! Love this place!

This is my go-to Sushi place to dine and takeout!! They are consistent in their sushi and dishes which beats the other nearby places that I have in town :) Going here for lunch and dinner is a nice atmosphere to bring your friends and family to for an enjoyable meal. I honestly recommend the drunken noodles, Mai fun, sesame chicken/beef, any of their sushi like the Mei Tzu and Double Dragon fire rolls.

The food here is always amazing! The services as equally amazing. Right now they’re still only doing to go food. From day one during the pandemic and grabbing to go food from this place she has always been very organized, friendly, and efficient. She has the to go system down to just about perfection. She is amazing and has a great memory. She’ll remember what I ate the time before! You won’t be disappointed!

Food and service both top notch. The server was friendly, prompt, and thoughtful (asked if we wanted the kids food early), made suggestions. The spice level was perfect. The price was affordable. I would 10/10 recommend and would return.
