Dr. Christine took the time to listen to my frustrations about feeling tired and hungry all the time, creeping weight gain, and brain fog, and worked with me to make positive changes by not only giving me a path forward, but also by helping to educate me as to the "how" and "why" behind the actions taken. I feel the best I've felt in a long time and grateful for Dr. Christine's guidance in this journey back to better health.

Dr. Christina‘s metabolic nutrition program is incredible. Throughout my short, 2 month journey I dropped 1 size, lost 11 pounds, reduced bloat, significantly reduced my blood pressure, and increased my mental clarity and energy level. Her intelligent approach to carefully reviewing blood work and crafting a proper nutritional program to nourish my body was eye opening. I highly recommend Food First MD and Dr Christina Najjar.

I have learned so much from Dr. Christine about the healing power of food through her ABCs of Essential Eating!! Every time I hear her speak about the power of food, whether in a podcast, in person, or in an Empowerment Group, I learn something new. I wish every doctor approached health and healing the way Dr. Christine does. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm!

Dr. Christine's session was very informative in calculating how I should be attacking my lifestyle in regards to food. The good the bad and the ugly. What to focus on food wise and what to stay away from. Her body measurement tool helped put into focus what areas I need to work on to get to an optimum state of health & wellness. Would highly recommend for personal or even having her come in and speak at your place of business. Everyone can benefit from her work. Highly recommend.

Dr. Najjar is a progressive, knowledgeable & compassionate doctor who will help you get healthy & lose weight as you learn how food can work to heal you & make you healthier. She has an individualized approach, challenging you to do your best, while being very supportive. My sugar, blood pressure & cholesterol numbers were through the roof, I was considered obese, and my PC Dr said if things didn’t change I’d have to be on meds for all these issues, but with Dr Najjar’s help I lost 75 lbs & my numbers are now excellent, no need for meds, and I feel great.

Dr. Christine has taken a bold approach to medicine, but what is so fascinating is how that approach is bold simply because it is down-to-earth, common sense, and a return to basic principles. She combines the hands-on truth of "folk wisdom" with the rigorous science of a licensed physician. Our nutrition is so basic and so fundamental to our health that it makes sense that this would be a primary avenue of treating disease, and yet it is very often the most ignored and turned to only as a last resort ... which is not even to mention the amount of general misinformation and myths that people believe when it comes to the foods that they eat.

I worked with Dr. Christine this year and attended her summer webinar sessions and I think she is not only a breath of fresh air for the medical profession, but also someone who is part of the vanguard of the future of medicine.

In particular, I think people who have been suffering from stubborn illnesses without successful treatment should definitely check her out, but in truth the information that she provides is of benefit to everyone. Even generally healthy people can improve their physical and mental wellbeing by learning about the effects caused by the foods that they eat, and I think many will be surprised to learn that they can still enjoy a very tasty and wholesome diet by making informed tweaks and modifications without drastic changes.

For a long time, conventional knowledge has been so upside-down on what we have been told is healthy and nutritional that even simple things can seem miraculous. One example would be the beneficial and vital roles played by salt in our diet, which many people conventionally avoid without even realizing the harmful effects that this will have on them physically and psychologically.

Dr. Christine provides a ground-up approach to medicine that is unique today, but will hopefully continue to spread.

Dr. Christine helped completely transform my relationship with food. Having been following her guidance for almost a year now, I can say that the first 30+ years of my life I was starving - eating so much of the wrong food but not feeling fulfilled and not getting the nutrients needed. Meanwhile packing on the pounds and struggling with weight despite always being involved with sports and active.

This past year I lost over 20 lbs and now weigh the lowest on the scale I've weighed since high school. And I'm still going.

But more importantly - I no longer obsess over food like I'm a starving person. Because the food I am eating satiates me, I'm eating less of empty calories and am naturally in a calorie deficit. It no longer has the place in my mind it once add, where I was always thinking of the next bite or next meal. Such a burden has been released.

If you are anything like me, you owe yourself to meet with Dr. Christine and give Food First MD a try.

Dr Najjar has been wonderful for my wife. She was experiencing numerous stomach issues and has for many years, 1 visit and a couple weeks later, my wife feels amazing. And all was accomplished naturally. Dr. Najjar was thorough and knew immediately what was causing my wife's stomach issues. She gave my wife a meal plan and a couple OTC items and she now feels like her old self again.

Dr. Christine is thorough and patient. She provides visuals and handouts to help with understanding next steps. She helps make transitions to healthy alternatives easier by providing examples of how to do it, recommended brands, etc.

Dr. Nijarr is an excellent doctor. With her help I lost over 85 pounds. It took me 2 years but with her help I did it. I am now down to 199 pounds. I am also a Type 1 diabetic, on insulin pump, which was also an extra challenge. Listening to her and following her diet plan and not the traditional nutritionist I lost the 85 lbs and got my A1c to below 6.5 which is excellent for me. I was fat pretty much my whole adult life. I had to do more than change the way I did things to lose weight I had to revamp my diet because it wasn't working. Dr. Nijarr changed the way I think which for me took awhile but once you start seeing the results you change pretty quick. If your not succeeding listening to a traditional nutritionist or your traditional doctor I would definitely recommend Dr. Nijarr. I owe my weight loss success to her. If it wasn't for her I would probably still weigh 285 pounds and still be wearing triple X clothes. Now I can do a large or one X. So happy now. I was also averaging more than 110 units of insulin every day, now I'm down to around 60 to 65 units a day. Thank you Dr. Nijarr.

I finally found a doctor who was not pushing pills as a band-aid solution to problems. She understands what I need and is helping me to work towards my goals in a natural, healthy way. I highly recommend Dr. Najjar.
