I haven’t had a better experience in the area yet and they always do a good job, I appreciate the shoulder massages and my nails (powder) usually last me 3-4 weeks, if not longer. I usually do a regular color but whenever I show them a photo or ask for something specific they accomplish it.

First time here and Chris did an excellent, detailed job on my powder gel full set w/ extensions and rhinestone embellishments - absolutely stunning! Thank you! Will be returning.

This place is incredible - I’ve gotten gel manicures from Darius and Peter, and not only were they beautiful/perfectly matched what I wanted but they lasted longer than any other gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Normally when I get them from other places, they start to peel up/catch on things after 2 weeks, but it was as good as new after 3 weeks. I honestly could have kept it on for another 2-3 weeks had my nails not grown out so much, and I wanted a refresh for an event. You can guarantee the best quality here. And on top of that, they offer a wonderful quick neck massage if you’d like. It’s the perfect touch. Cannot recommend enough.

The atttn to detail given to my nails always blows me away! The salon is clean, peaceful, and run efficiently. To be serviced, you must have an appointment; when I arrive, I never have had to wait. My nails last for three weeks, and my services (clear gel fill or powder nails) take one hour to complete. I highly recommend Charming Nails & Spa!

Peter is always amazing! This place uses clean practices and is so diligent with their work. I can’t praise them enough! Peter cares so much about his clients and directs me and my nails based on what is better for them. They get busy so make sure you make a reservation! I also loved Angela with my pedicure ❤

Have been going here for months and it is the only salon I trust with my nails! They do such an amazing job and they’re extremely efficient! My nails last for WEEKS and I’ve never been to a salon that has that ability! Usually my nails will break or fall off after less than 2 weeks from other salons but here I can easily go 3-4 weeks!

Eileen was great! Walked in with no appointment and everyone was so nice and professional! Will definitely be back!!

Darius is my favorite nail tech! Very kind, gentle, and pays very close attention to details. Highly recommend!! Everyone always greets you at the door. Overall, a great experience!

This was my first time coming here and I think I found my new nail spot! The place was clean and everyone was very kind and welcoming. They took their time to do everything perfectly and even stayed 15 minutes past closing time to finish my nails. Truly a lovely place :)

This is my second time there, and both times were excellent. I had a good experience with my manicure and pedicure, plus my foot, hand, and back massage. Job well done by the team there. I will be going back again.

Very clean, ultimate experienced staff. Nails are the best I've ever had done. Awesome awesome awesome! Mani comes with massage and pedicure can include more massage for a small amount. I wish this was in Arizona where we live. Peter and his staff were friendly and on time for the appointment. Love everything!

I love Charming Nails and Spa, not only is the salon itself wonderfully clean and relaxing but the staff is always cheerful and caring. They truly take their time with each client and offer you the best options for what you’re looking for through recommendations and being extremely knowledgeable with their craft. Charming Nails is by far the best nail salon in West Hartford! Every technician is incredibly talented with attention to detail and my gel manicures have lasted longer than ever. At previous salons, my gel nails would start to chip after 2 weeks, but now my manicure still looks perfect at 4 weeks, which is great if I can't get to the salon. The pedicure options are also impressive to fit anyone's needs. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I will continue to recommend friends and family here.

I don't usually write reviews but I've gotta say that this nail salon has certainly earned mine. Not only are they reasonably priced but their services are all great. What really earned my review though was when a customer walked in without a mask, the owner pulled out an unused mask and asked the customer to wear it. As someone who is still masking up to protect people who don't have protection in their household, this means the absolute world and makes having these outings much less anxiety provoking. Thank you, charming nails!

Also, Fuego Picante is a few doors down and i absolutely love getting my nails done and walking over for one of their delicious drinks! Their food is absolutely delicious too.

Update as of 12/22:
I still adore this place and I was feeling extra rebellious on my birthday so I requested a special addition. It came out much better than I even imagined. I can't say enough great things about them.

Charming Nails is amazing! The salon is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Peter did a fantastic job on my dip powder manicure. He did a french ombre manicure and it is exactly what I wanted. Peter is very attentive to detail and made sure the shape and color were perfect. A number of my nails were broken so Peter added tips to make them all the same length and you can't tell which are my natural nails and which aren't. Truly a wonderful job! Very reasonably priced, $55 for the tips & ombre design ($10 more than regular dip powder). Love this nail salon, will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I recommend charming nails for anyone who is looking for an amazing nail salon! The staff is highly talented & professional and extremely accommodating for any of your needs. Although Peter does my nails, all nail technicians have great technique across the board. Peter & Eileen treat staff with respect, and genuinely care about the safety and quality of their products for you and their staff. Clean environment, NO harsh chemicals, and they will never compromise your nails just to make money. The prices are fair comparatively to other salons and especially given the experience you receive. They will always make things right if you are not satisfied with something. I highly respect this salon and will continue to come here as long as I am able to!! Truly a west hartford gem.
