One of the best experiences I've had in years was dealing with my credit union- especially when things get rough and I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through (financially).

I don't know whom the other reviewers have dealt with, but in my over a decade of experience I've never been left frustrated- in fact, Patricia Cousin all but physically pulled me out of a dumpster-fire situation while lighting a few to (literally this time) save the day when my account got seriously messed up due to no one's fault but my own.

If you've been thinking about switching banks recently, give 360 a try. They're not perfect, but they're definitely a huge step up from the anti-service you'll find at some other banks (looking at you, BoA)

I am surprised many people are not doing to well with this bank... Overall I have never experienced any difficulties or problems, fraud service is good, overall staff is good... If I could acknowledge someone I would say Karleigh was very nice last two times I have had her when coming here...

I’ve been banking here for a few years now and love it. I’ve had not a single issue and everyone is friendly and helpful.

The hours are great, this is nearby my job and where I live. The fees are as minimal as possible. Sadly fees just can't be avoided or else we would have no competition and be stuck with no choices. The staff is great, the ATM's are always working and I love mobile banking!

Small credit union great service! I open my account with Tiffany Drobot and whenever I have a question she email me back within 24 hours or less. She is great so the service. I recommend 360 to anyone!
