Discovered this hidden gem while I was searching for an ergonomic desk chair for my home office setup.

It was difficult to decide between the Herman Miller Aeron and the Steelcase Leap V2 (which are two of the best office chairs out there) but luckily Sara was very kind, helpful and highly knowledgeable about the features and adjustments of the chairs and with her guidance, I was able to decide on a basically brand new Steelcase Leap V2 for an excellent price. I ended up swapping out the casters for rollerblade wheels and got a floor protecting chair mat as well.

I will be coming here for any future office furniture purchases.

Staff was very helpful! Chair is exactly what I was looking for and has already increased my comfort working from home! My first choice for new and used office furniture. I work from a home office and have used Value Office Furniture for a past purchase of a file cabinet. Great selection of new and used. I bought new this time and was very pleased with the computer desk I purchased. And, they re-configured the desk so my drawers could be on the left side of the floor model vice the right hand side. They delivered and were on-time as well as polite and careful when inside my home. Local business (West Hartford) with a mission. Good people doing good work for others.

Chair and desk selection is amazing! So many different options and they care about your needs and budget. Avia was very helpful and knowledgeable and I admire the mission that the owner stands by. Their delivery team are some of the best and treated my home with the utmost respect. If you need new or used office furniture, this is the last place you ever need to come.

Our experience here was great. There was no pressure, we asked to walk around and said we would let them know when we had questions. When we were ready to discuss certain items, Dre was attentive and helpful. We needed to bring home our purchases the same day. They were very accommodating and got the furniture ready while we went to lunch. When we returned they helped us load it into our van and be on our way. I will go back to the store if I ever need anymore office furniture in the future. The store was neat, clean and organized!

I was looking for a sit stand desk but didn't want to spend too much money, some of them can be quite pricey. They had a very good selection of desks in all price ranges, new and used. This woman Dre helped me find the perfect one! They delivered it right away and set it up for me. The delivery man was very polite and careful carrying the big desk into my house. I really recommend this place. I bought a great office chair there two years ago too at a very affordable price!

Great service. I'm mobility challenged and needed an adjustable ergonomic desk chair. My hubby went in to see if there were any budget friendly possibilities before I had to try to get around inside the store, and after a while he came back outside with the nice saleswoman pushing 2 options for me to choose from. Didn't expect that. Will certainly go back if I need anything else.

Was not sure where to go to try out desk chairs other than a place like Staples that I knew would have a limited selection. The woman who helped me, Dre, was extremely helpful narrowing down my options. Also if you are interested in trying the X-Chair (which I highly recommend) and you are within a 30 min drive of their showroom this is where to get it. Can try the various models, customize, and they'll deliver it assembled FREE for $30 less than whatever the price would be direct from the manufacturer.

Went looking for a used or refurbished desk chair for my home office setup. We have Steelcase Amia chairs at work and i really like them but the price new was out of my budget. i stopped in and was helped by Dre. much to my surprise they had several in like new condition for $299. i immediately bought it and they helped my load it into my car. great experience and great selection and quality. thanks so much my back will feel much better now!

We were very happy with the customer service we received from Value Office Furniture at the showroom, during delivery and over the phone. They were very knowledgeable and thorough when showing us the furniture and had a great selection of new and used furniture to look at.

The staff, who delivered the furniture, were on time and called ahead to let us know when they would be here. They did a great job with the assembly of desks and bookcases and even carted away our old furniture that we were replacing. Everyone was very courteous and mindful of where we wanted to place the furniture and configure it properly to our specifications.

In a recent experience I bought two cherry wood bookcases, at such a reasonable price. They turned out to be perfect for open storage of stuff in my exercise room/library.
