Elizabeth's Bar & Restaurant

This was our first time dining as a family at Elizabeth's. It was a great! For a bustling Saturday night, we received outstanding service. Our server was friendly and attentive. We did not have to ask for refills, grated cheese, etc. which may seem trivial, but it is something that we greatly appreciated. Each of us enjoyed our meals. The fresh rolls came with butter, garlic oil, and a tomato puree for dipping. The choice of soup or salad with the pasta entrees was refreshing. The cream of mushroom soup was amazing. We were looking for a delicious, comforting experience and Elizabeth's did not disappoint!

Don’t miss this place if you’re pizza lover. The homemade pizza is excellent in taste with very reasonable price. We have visited this place in the opening hour so it wasn’t much rush there. The service is quick and food is with the excellent quality and taste. The cheesecake is also the worth trying. The ambiance is ok ok but for food it’s worth trying. Vegetarian options is available.

This place rocks. The outside doesn’t look as good as the inside but you should definitely try it the food is excellent, great portions. We liked it so much we have had work events with our doctors, as well as personal events for birthdays here! Great private rooms big larger parties and comfy seating for just dinners. You won’t be disappointed here!

Lunch was delicious and our server was polite and attentive. It's nice to enjoy an affordable meal in a comfortable restaurant. Great menu. I opted for the Portuguese salad with grilled shrimp added, and it was awesome (luncheon menu)!

The food and service here are fantastic. I was impressed with everything from the apps to our dinners. The food was absolutely delicious. I will be back for sure.

Went in for lunch midday during work day. Was greeted and seated immediately. Decent lunch menu and service was pretty quick. Nice ambience overall. Ordered a chicken parm grinder that came with fries and was absolutely delicious. Not at all over cooked or hard to chew for someone with sensitive teeth. Also ordered a Greek salad with shrimp. Massive portion for a great price was delicious and flavorful. Also bread rolls came out with all Italian options to put on it. Everything was great would definitely return and recommend!!!

Love, love LOVE this restaurant!! Dine in, take out, delivery..they never miss! The food/drinks are SUPERB and the service is equally amazing!! The atmosphere is sophisticated, laid back and inviting! 10's across the board!! 🙌🏾🥰🔥

Just found my new favorite place to eat while visiting Hartford, Connecticut. The baked, stuffed salmon is to die for. Prices are reasonable. And while I'm no longer a drinker, I was amazed at the selection of spirits. But everything I ate was very well prepared...the bread, salad, veggies, mashed potatoes. Everything. Can't wait to come back next time I'm here for work. Which will probably be in about 6 weeks. 🤔

I had found this gem on Find Me GF app, and I was blown away. By far, the best Italian food I've had since going gluten free, possibly ever. They have fresh gluten free rolls which is a rarity. The breaded chicken with the lemon caper sauce was incredible. The owner and waitress were very attentive and friendly, and I can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend ! Food was delicious and quality, service was excellent, and loved the music selection too. The minestrone soup was the best I've ever had. For our main plates we had the churrasco misto and churrasco a portugueso with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes - definitely recommend. Their house Pino and dessert drinks are delicious. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only were we impressed, but everyone in the restaurant was talking about how delicious the food was. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

My uncle John celebrated his retirement, and his sister paid for all 4 of us. I had fried clams strips then an Irish coffee (I'm 32 born in 1990).

We were here for a post event reception. The staff, food and service was wonderful.

I had my rehearsal dinner here and the service and food was amazing. The staff were so nice especially since we had little kids running around and screaming and they handled us with such professionalism. Even when there was confusion on the event menu, it didn't matter. The food was excellent! Everyone had a great time and we will be back again!

Finding myself on a business trip to the Southside of Hartford on July 5th afternoon with everything in the hotel closed, I started looking for a place to have a drink and some dinner. With very few places around or even open I came across Elizabeth's! They advertise themselves as Italian/Portuguese which was confusing to me. I gave it a go and boy I'm glad I did. Cozy bar and a white table cloth restaurant with a pretty extensive menu. I saw a lot of regulars here so I felt comfortable quickly. I ordered the mixed Portuguese churasco (grill) with chicken, beef, pork and Portuguese saussage. The taste was fantastic but the size of the dish was out of this world. One of the best pleasant restaurant surprises I have had in a long time! Highly recommended!

Went to meet friends who had never been here and they loved it. My husband and I have been a few times and always love it!! The pasta tastes so damn fresh!!
Service was fantastic, even with a waiter in training!! He was excellent! Attentive but not overly. If he didn't know the answers to our questions, he had an expert waiter who could answer questions with him.
The cream of mushroom soup was outstanding!!
Two had the tortellini rose pasta and it tastes great. Sausage tastes so fresh. The other diner had shrimp with angel hair and raved about the meal.
Ever dish is so big in the amount that everyone brings home leftovers to savor again.
We will be back!!!
