I was in DIRE need of a new laptop bag, as my current bag was several years old and falling apart. I found Francine's website and got the Highline convertible laptop bag in grey...and I was blown away by its quality! First of all it was much larger than I expected, it has a divider inside to keep your laptop in it's own place, and it has lots of pockets and storage! It can be used as a backpack or cross-body bag. I did a lot of research before I found this rolling bag. I wanted something big enough for my laptop and also functional to carry my other personal items. I love that the handles have metal rings for more support when the bag is full and also the wheels are good quality so it rolls very well. Lots of pockets and storage if you love an organized feel for your bags.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my Thoroughbred Laptop Tote that I got in black. I have used it a few times now and I can truly say that the quality and marksmanship are exceptional. It’s the perfect travel bag with lots of space, compartments, and zippers. Every girl’s dream! Highly recommend!

I got a roller tote bag and I'm obsessed with it! Not only does it have all the pockets I could need (including an internal water bottle pocket) but it's also a beautiful shade of burgendy! It fits my 16inch laptop, iPad, Nintendo Switch and more. Perfect for travel and won't leave me with back pain thanks to the wheels. Plus it's stylish! What else could a girl ask for?? I placed my order 7 days before Christmas and paid extra for 3 business day shipping. At 2 days before Christmas UPS tracking shows it will arrive December 28. Nobody answers the customer service number or replies to the chat during normal business hours. I don’t recommend purchasing from Francine Collections.

I have two of the same bag. One was given to me over ten years ago. I loved it then so I bought another one to replace the old one. The new bag didn't last 1 month. I'm not sure if they use different materials now but I am disappointed.
