I recently purchased a pair of $230 boots at the store and gave them 3 days until I couldn’t wear them anymore. They were destroying my ankles which I didn’t feel at all when I initially tried them on.Even with the no refund policy once worn outside the store, the owner Scott was exceptional, understood my concerns and allowed me to exchange them for another pair. I’ve been coming to this store for 15 years and this is why I go back. Quality customer service and great inventory. Thank you Scott

The staff in the store were very helpful. Their dressing room was very clean, pleasant atmosphere. The prices were great, I left with exactly what I had in mind of purchasing before I even went into the store. I'm satisfied with my purchase!

It's like they hand pick clothes, sneakers, watches, hats & shoes, so you don't have to go wading through a huge mall or outlet. All the best stuff in one small store, & the inventory rotates.
Also Great in the summer for swim trunks, slides, sunglasses etc

Warning, there are two stores completely disconnected, smaller store = worker boots and clothing. Bigger store = main stream clothing brands.

Staff were extremely helpful and nice, guiding me the right way for work boots. Came looking for Thorogood boots, 1957 series, got exactly that. Staff were extremely quick in getting me the proper size boots to try on.

If there is one thing I noticed, both stores have A LOT of staff. Overall though, I'll be coming back for work cloths in the future, hopefully these boots get me 10+ years like my last pair of Irish Settlers.

I haven't been to Mickey Finns since childhood. Honesty I completely forgot about them up until my son wanted a pair of Jordan's. Was extremely happy knowing they carry them. Such a nostalgic feeling going back! Staff went above and beyond! Very knowledgeable of their products. I'm not a fan of online shopping. I rather see what I am purchasing. They have such a large variety of clothing and shoes. Definitely worth the trip and skipping the malls (of what's left of them!) you will not be disappointed. We will be back!

I really like this place. I use them mostly for work stuff like muck boot and safety gear, but they have so much more. What is really terrific is they also carry my size.

I needed a new raincoat and I bought a highly visible one with a removable fleece lining jacket with pockets. The raincoat has a hood in the collar, two large left and right outside pockets, double pocket on left shoulder and has extra material on the lower back side of the coat to help keep you dry.

I take the drive monthly from New Haven to see what’s new. And i’ve been doing it for some years now. The racks stay stocked and I can always find at least 1 full outfit. I approve

Found great boots for my husband. Were patient and helped find what he was looking for. Will go back.

Never had a bad experience here. Good quality clothes, name brands great friendly staff I have purchased Doc Martin's Timberlands, Nikes and Van's over the years and they are all still in great shape, the clothing prices are really comparable too, I used to go to Eblens for champion and the same sweatshirt that was over $50 there was $25 at mickey Finns. I would highly recommend this store for clothes and shoes my only complaint is I really love the style of the female clothes but most of them only go up to large some of the ladies champion I can find in my size but I just wish there were xl sizes for women, other than that love this store

Best place for quality work gear hands down They also have another store next-door great place to shop.

Been a long term customer. They have the best prices, and when I recently got a pair of boots that disappointed me they let me exchange them with no issues! This is the place to get your boots, hands down.

Went to the work and outerwear store to look for some hiking boots and was blown away by the exemplary customer service. Other businesses should take notice. I was shown the selection of women's boots by a tall, bald gentlemen (Darren, I believe). He was very knowledgeable on each brand and helped me narrow down my choices. When I got to the register, I was greeted by a very friendly young woman (I think her name was Emma). She rang up my purchase and the transaction went very smoothly. Very female friendly environment and safe! Very clean! Extremely knowledgeable staff! I absolutely will be back in the future.

Great establishment. Was helped with getting boots being new to a trade I didn't exactly know what to get and the staff were helpful in guiding to the proper boots I need and I was also able to get some shirts and pants. It was a really good experience and I expect to return in the future for my future clothing needs.

Didn't really know what I was walking into here. My brother in law sent me here because I needed new work boots. Well it's a mecca of work boots and I got exactly what I needed for a good price and a lot of help from a gentleman named Steve. Steve deserves a raise. Afterwards I went next door to their other establishment and got my wife the exact pair of uggs she was looking for and only 6 days before Christmas. Went back a couple days later to finish up some Christmas shopping. Wish I lived closer so I could go more frequently.
