Roggi's Auto Service

Reached out to Roggi's for a semi urgent issue. It was easy to book an appt with them online. They were very transparent about everything from the beginning, which was obviously very nice. Paul communicated well, and his team able to get everything done in a timely and cost effective manner. Because my car had to stay there overnight, they even arranged for my transportation in the meantime! Just an overall fantastic experience. Roggi's was recommended to me by my work colleagues, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Highly recommend Roggi's, I felt treated with courtesy and professionalism, they had the skills to accurately diagnose and maintain my older, yet (in my mind) mint Toyota Sienna. Came to them after a long road trip and left feeling confident that my old girl was ready to roll. The cost was high end, but the 36 month/ 36k mile warranty on electrical work helped me to feel it was worth it. Will be back!

BMW broke down while passing through hartford. Was stuck with no mechanics willing to help on such short notice.

Henry went out of his way to help me and my mom in an emergency and get us back on the road. Trustworthy and honest people. Highly recommend.

I was having transmission problem on my 2015 Chrysler T & C. Had Henry and his Top Associates check this out, it was determined to be in need of a transmission. They said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to replace. It was done in 5 Business Days. Great job and now it runs like brand new. I use this very much and the expedient turn around, really was exceptional.. Would definitely be going back again, since I have been going there since 1979, yes 1979!! They have always treated me fairly and have always made time for me!! Why would I go anywhere else??Thank You Guys.

What I appreciate the most about this place is their honesty. If they don’t think something is worth the cost of fixing they will tell you right away. They were professional, courtesy and had my car back when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Great service! Everyone was really friendly and they fixed multiple issues on my vehicle with a quick turnaround time. Had to replace glow plugs and the chain on my van's sliding door - everything is good to go. Would recommend and will be back!

I am a new customer to Roggi's Auto Service and I have to say from the moment I stepped in the door the word that came to mind was "professional." After my experience, that has not changed one bit. I am always fully kept informed of the progress on my vehicle. I am offered a loaner car (when available) and most importantly my car is fixed right and fixed the first time. You may find cheaper repair shops in the area but Roggi's proves the adage "you get what you pay for." I highly recommend this shop. They will treat you right!

Every employee from the receptionist who answered the phone, to the mechanic, to the owner was authentically friendly. The atmosphere is clean, the business secure with locked gate, and we were very pleased with our experience. Roggi's was great. I went there for a "second opinion" after my dealership told me my intake manifold needed to be replaced. Roggi's concurred, but save me $300 off what the dealer was going to charge. They were professional, quick, thorough and friendly. I would recommend Roggi's to anyone and will be back myself!

Phenomenal customer service, very straightforward on what you need to pay and transparent about the process. Made a stressful situation worry free. I came in to get my brakes done turned out I needed routers as well had to leave my car for the day, they paid for a Lyft home since I was close by and washed my car and left a snack when I came to pick up my vehicle. Will definitely use them again!

Bought a used Porsche Macan last year that needed some maintenance done. I looked around to see who worked on Porsches came across Roggis. They had very good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. Glad I did, they were very professional all the way from dealing with service manager to the work done. I now bring both my cars there for service work. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Roggi's with my 2006 T1N Sprinter. They were professional, honest, knowledgable. Everyone there seemed like good people and they treated me and my vehicle with respect and consideration. I won't hesitate to go back again, even though they are a far drive from me.

I was told by another shop that I needed a transmission repair. Roggi's discovered that it was not a transmission that was causing the car to run poorly. After giving me a loaner vehicle they sent me on my way while they did their magic. Henry stayed in close touch keeping me up to date on the diagnosis and the timing for the repair. The Jeep is back in my hands, at 155K miles it's now running perfectly. Roggi's keeps their promises, stands behind their workmanship and treats their (sometimes freaked out) customers w/patience and respect. Thank you Henry and staff!!!

Had annual sevice on my Alfa. Excellent and much less costly than my dealer.
Friendly service. I especially liked how they correctly set the tire pressures with the rear tires a little higher, as recommended by Alfa. My dealer use to set them all the same.

My 1st time there and I am switching to them.
