Sher’s opened at 6:30am on a Monday so I was able to drop off the car before heading to work. Johnny was so patient and helpful. Really saved my day!!! Thank you!

Sher's is located in Hartford, CT and though I live in South Windsor, I don't mind driving the 20 minutes to get my car serviced by Mike and his fabulous team. Bought an auction Chrysler van and took to dealer for oil change and steam started billowing out. Dealer wanted $120 to diagnose coolant leak and another $120 for a stack of engine codes. I stopped by Sher’s at 5PM on a Friday and the guys quickly found the rubbed-though upper rad hose and diagnosed the codes as the dreaded Pentastar 3.6 cam/follower failure, based on another repair they did.
Due their fast and free and accurate diagnosis, I was able to change the hose in an O’Reilly parking lot and drive 900 limes/14 hours home safely to Chicagoland. Hats off for the amazing service - if I was local, you’d be my only service provider! Thanks again for the emergency help.

Clean, you can drop it off and leave or make an appointment for an oil change. They do other work too. Been going for several years now and never had an issue.
