Pietro's Pizza

I love this place opens early 10am and you can grab breakfast lunch or dinner there dinners are amazing shown is a cajun shrimp alfredo the sauce is so smooth and creamy it will shock you the sausage pepper and onion pasta parm delicious my favorite is the chicken parm pasta huge portions and all come with these crazy good garlic knots and a side salad cant beat the price on there tasty wings and lets not forget the pizza pictures too come i have 8 party size pizzas coming thursday best place i have used for work partys always plenty of food fresh and hot and not a minute late and willing to adjust and accomadate speacial requests.

Staying over night for a road trip and picked here because of how close to our hotel it was. Placed our order and sat down to wait. And wait. And wait. About 45 minutes and the manager/owner comes to apologize about it taking so long. Something had gone wrong with the printer. But we could have dessert on the house. The food came about five minutes later and it was delicious! And so much that we had leftovers for the following night. Great food and customer service!

Great spot to grab a slice. I went to Pietro's by chance because I passed it on a walk. I actually ended up eating here twice on my trip to Hartford. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the pizza was delicious and not too greasy. I had 2 slices of cheese and the crust was nice and crispy instead of soggy. This is a grab and go spot with counter service. They do have tables inside and out for those who want to eat there.

RUN! The garlic knots (balls? fists? boulders?) are calling your name! They are warm and fresh, garlicy buttery and perfect. Mally was so nice to me when I went slack jawed and blurted "what are those and how many can I have??" I only ordered one, which is brilliant on its own that you can order a single, so that I could confirm that I will in fact be back tomorrow for a fresh one. I'll be here for 3 days and Mally is about to know me by name. I also ordered the chicken parm grinder and the cheesecake. The grinder is equally divine. The bread was soft, while still having a nice crust. The cheese is perfectly melty and the sandwich was hot all the way through. I almost got tiramisu instead of cheesecake and I'm so glad I asked Mally which I should get because she was right, strawberry cheesecake all the way!

Delicious dishes, environment friendly containers. Food is pretty good! The pizza crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The wings are done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again.

I love ordering from here. I don't always have this issue but sometimes the fries are soggy from the steam trapped in the cardboard box so I have to reheat them in my airfryer at home. They're always courteous when I call and promptly deliver the food. I've ordered many different things from there and mostly liked them all. Sometimes I have to get toppings for my salad on the side, like the southwest salad because otherwise the liquid from the Pico will make the tortilla strips wet and I just can't do it lol. But the quality is good for the food and most times make it correctly for the changes I request.

Hands down the best pizza in the Hartford Area. Reminds me of the pizza I get when traveling to NY. I will be ordering at Pietro’s Pizza from here on out. We ordered the veggie pizza, garden salad, and a chicken cutlet grinder. Everything was excellent and the pizza sauce is EVERYTHING!!!!

The grinder is always excellent (Italian/cold/ham/salami/pepperoni). It’s my 9 year old grandson favorite spot. He loves the cheese pizza slice that’s the size of his head and fries. Perfecto.

Conveniently located on Main Street downtown Hartford. The service was excellent and the food was even better. Definitely try their eggplant parmesan and garlic knots. Incredible.

I've been their twice and I enjoyed my second visit as much as the first. Calzones on the first and a burger on the second. Both were excellent. My girlfriend had the calzone on both occasions. Very clean establishment and the staff is extremely friendly. Their prices are very reasonable for being in the downtown Hartford area. They even deliver. A diverse menu selection. I plan to try their pizza on my next visit. I'm sure I won't be disappointed and neither will you.

Where do I start? This is the 2nd time having food from Pietro’s and just woowww!!! We got the chicken n broccoli stromboli, garlic parm wings, tuna club and of course cheesecake and omg!!! The wings were eh but everything else was amazing!!! The Stromboli (which is HUGE) was perfect and the tuna club (although a little dry) was great too. The cheesecake is absolutely amazing and filling (my bf and I share one piece)
First time we visited we dined in so naturally we decided to order delivery this time. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. I will recommend Pietro’s to everyone!!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We found our new favorite restaurant and we Will definitely be back 😃 Oh and they deliver to East Hartford (just saying)

This was the BEST pizza and one of the only places open in the city after 8, 100/100 and amazing manager.

The owner was very sweet and it was Super Clean Im glad I chose to eat here plus the garlic knots are soooo good this is a great restaurant you can sit in or outside he brings you your food great service!!! I will be back

Great place, friendly staff and owner. Pizzas are really delicious and salads always fresh.. This is a must try out place if you are around Hartford CT.

Can we just talk about how I only went here to get an order of sweet chilli wings, my fave. The wings are always crisp to perfection even after being tossed in sauce… but THOSE GARLIC KNOTSSSSSSS! Why am I just trying these ?!? The worker knew exactly what he was doing. These knots are soooooooo delicious, soft and flavorful. But very dangerous I repeat very dangerous. ( more for me 😝 )

Care has clearly been taken in the making of these pizzas, aesthetically they look perfect! When you bite into them the texture has a nice crunch to it without being overcooked, The crust as a firm outside, that does not flake, with a surpurb soft bready inside. The pizza is not super oily, has a fantastic flavor, with the toppings not being over-cooked/under-cooked or dried out. I ordered two slices , one being stuffed pizza, which is hard to do well and without ending up soupy, but they pulled it off perfectly! I would 100% recomend Pietro's and plan to go back.

Whether I dine in while I’m in Downtown or order on Slice Pietros never disappoints me ever!!! I love their pizza and that homemade rice pudding the guy gave me once was heaven Love this place

Great pizza in downtown Hartford! I was hosting a celebration for a staff member, and ordered up a party size cheese pizza and a large Mamas Fresh Garden Pizza, and they were both delicious. When I made an error on the delivery address, the young woman who answered the phone was super friendly and engaging and corrected the order right away. Driver was right on time, and called ahead to meet me. Price was super reasonable and everyone was raving about how tasty the Garden Pizza was. Veggies were roasted to perfection, and were plentiful, but not overdone. I highly recommend Pietro's to anyone looking for a good pie in downtown Hartford!

Food was awesome and ready quick. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Garlic knots are a must at only a buck a piece. Pizza, subs, and wraps were great. I didn't try the wings, my buddy said they were awesome, but that the mango wings were surprisingly spicy, but he's a big baby about wings so take that with a grain of salt.

I love Pietro’s. I love the variety of food and the service is great! I go before shows at Hartford Stage as well as meeting friends for lunch after my swim at Downtown Hartford YMCA. My only concern is that the employees move very quickly around the space and I have had to dodge them, particularly when delivery orders are being taken to the front door. We have almost collided several times. I’d like them to be aware/cautious of customers in the space. Oh yeah, the selection of desserts is awesome!!
