Nathan, the delivery driver was exceptional! I had placed a delivery and accidentally transposed the house number incorrectly. He was so kind to call to ensure that I had the right address and even called back to tell me that they were undeliverable because the recipient wasn't home. He patiently waited as I contacted the person and gave him the o k to leave the gift at the door. I appreciated his genuine concern for leaving the item outside as it was warm and he did not want it to get ruined. This was exceptional service and he was very polite and professional. Thank you Nathan for your commitment and dedication to your job. That's hard to come by these days!

Great staff, very courteous, professional and customer service is awesome. Fruit is always fresh and if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied they will deal with the issue promptly. I recommend this location for anyone who's in the Downtown Hartford area.

Somehow my first review was taken as a negative one and this was not my intention. The woman who took my order at the Pratt Street location in Hartford couldn’t have been more professional or polite ( and I could tell from background noise it was busy)
My order is set to be delivered tomorrow, and having ordered here before I have every confidence it will arrive there fresh.

The staff at this location is very kind and helpful. I spoke with Claire and she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement for my sister's birthday. I can't stress how grateful I am to this location for helping me super last minute with this wonderful surprise for my sister.

Very clean but they forgot my order I got dark chocolate instead of white I told her delivery in the morning they came at 1pm and melted really bad service on my daughters birthday
