I have had my now 91 year old mother at this office for nearly 10 years. I am constantly impressed with the care, communication and attention we get. Dr. Chen is outstanding and Dr. Isenstein is as well. Every PA and RN treat you as though you are the only one there. Very accommodating. Never a long wait. Could not be more pleased.

I have been going to Dr Genser since before it was ProHealth. I have never had a problem with any staff — always professional & caring. love that there are lab & PT services on-site. The APRNs are all very knowledgeable and professional and pull an MD in as soon as that is needed. I really appreciate that. 99% of the time I do not need to see an MD, but you want to know you can.

Dr. Cole and all medical personnel were caring, friendly and very professional. Dr. Cole took her time and went above and beyond figuring out complicated health condition of our mentally challenged daughter. I have been recommending Dr. Cole to my family and friends.

Dr. Cole and the entire team at ProHealth in West Hartford were wonderful during a very stressful time. The scheduler, the ultrasound tech, the PA, the MA and of course Dr. Cole. Her expertise and compassion was just what I needed. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor and her group!!!
