Came in today (Sunday) and it was super busy! I was about to leave because I have really bad social anxiety, but Onex and Taylor went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and ensure that my laundry would be done on a timely manner!

Although most of the washers and dryers were being used, they both took so much attention to detail about squeezing me in by putting in my laundry for me as soon as a washer was done and called promptly to let me know it was time to dry!!! I gave them the money it was to wash, and I ended up getting back a little extra money (I’m so bad at math). They even would tag team by taking my quarters and put them in the dryer while I got the laundry out to really reduce the time it took to do my laundry (thank you so much ladies 🥹💕) Those little details truly shows how different and top notch the business owner(s) is compared to many that don’t actually care about their customers or employees.

Please, be proud of the business The Laundry Room of Cromwell is becoming. You have amazing workers, and the community values how much effort you put into your work <3

So glad my washer broke. This place is absolutely the best laundromat I have ever been to! The staff are wonderful and sweet and so hardworking!!

I had a bunch of laundry to do today, and having the help from Jess and the other employee (I forgot his name but I love the conversations he has with all the people that pass by for their laundry needs)

They really care about the people they serve!! I got back three beautifully wrapped bags of the neatest folded laundry I ever seen. I could not have done better!

My daughter was so thrilled at the way Jess folded her unicorn bathrob too :3

Do not hesitate to come here if you don’t have a washer or dryer at home!! :D

Wonderful place. It was neat, clean, the machines well-maintained, and everything was clearly labeled. They even carried mini-bottles of detergent in case anyone forgot theirs (I thought that was such an accommodating detail! 😊).
The attendant was a very kind and friendly gentleman (I'm terrible and forgot to ask his name). He even helped me carry my bags of clean laundry to my car. He also knew all the regulars that came in, and it was clear that they all had a good report.
Oh, and another thing - this place has all the laundry needs in one place, which I thought was fantastic: they have an ATM, coin machine (that takes 1's, 5's, 10's, and 20's), plenty of tables to fold laundry at, and a nice sitting area. Another nice perk is the vending machines with snacks and drinks.
I can absolutely understand now why this place had so many good reviews, and I will definitely be back! 😊

Clean facility and GREAT staff. I ran out to do an errand as my clothes dried, and when I came back the gentleman working told me he added more quarters to my load to dry as he checked it when it was done and they were still wet. What a life saver!! Best laundry mat around.

My family recently moved to Cromwell and have not yet moved our washer and dryer over - we have been coming here weekly to do our laundry. Off the bat the employees were super helpful (I think it was obvious I’d never been to a laundromat before!) and took it upon theirselves to explain which machines were best for what we needed done, how to operate them etc. Always still so friendly when we go. The place is clean, everyone is happy, just has such a warm/cheery feel to the place

Jessica is the most professional , efficient &reliable. I know when I drop my close off she lets me no the time they will be ready and I have never been let down once. She is always working when I walk in on my own to helping others . I will now never go any where else to drop off close or Todo close.. I use Todo in my own close in the facility where I live ,however she has made me so happy I have made it my every Sunday routine to come here and do my close ! Thank you JESSICA AND the Cromwell team ! Great service,and clean and all in one atm , a machine for drinks/snacks, to detergent and more! Very affordable!

The white fitted sheets on the left were cleaned and folded by me; the ones on the right were done by the Laundry Room. If you can afford the small luxury of having your laundry done by this wonderful business, do it.

I should also mention that I have 2 cats and 2 bunnies and everyone sheds like crazy. The care that these folk take in making sure that my laundry is cleaned to their standards - outstanding! They will go in and pick off the fuzzies!!!! Amazing service, amazing people, highly recommend.

and a quarter gets you 6 minutes and it took 1.75.

Jaime was excellent…. From start to end… went there to do a wash, she greeted me with a smile and offered her service of wash and fold which allowed me to go about my business while my clothes are taken care of. After seeing that smile and wonderful customer service approach, who wouldn’t agree. Came back later with my clothes fully folded and packed neatly. Upon leaving she opted to tell me about their digital marketing service that was offered (after washing my stuff she realize that they were company shirts among them. With that she figured I worked with a company or was the owner of one). Her eyes for detail and love for her job caught my attention.

I would recommend this laundromat to anyone….👍🏽

This review is on behalf of ABC Women’s Center. This wonderful business did an amazing fundraiser for our non profit organization. They raised approximately $1200 in donations of diapers, wipes, baby formula & baby toiletries. When I picked up the items today, Tina was very helpful in assisting me to get everything loaded in my SUV. A special thanks to Taylor as well for doing a fabulous job with this fundraiser, and Onex for coordinating with me. Thank you so much to everyone who participated & donated!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Cromwell’s laundry room for a year now, and I can’t praise it enough! The drop-off laundry service is exceptional, making my life so much easier. A special shout-out to Kirk, who’s always sweet and provides top-notch customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I moved to Cromwell a year and a half ago and have only used this laundromat. It’s always clean, great staff, especially Tina! Tina goes above and beyond than she needs to… attentive, caring, and friendly!

I come to this laundry mat very often and every time I come it’s super clean, kirk is very nice and super welcoming! I recommend coming here!

I use their wash, dry & fold service. It is amazing; I pick up my clothes, smelling good, and folded so I can just put stuff in my chest of drawers. Friendly place.

I love this place, Tina is always so helpful. I have broken vertebrae in my back and when she sees me coming she comes and brings my clothes inside so I don't pick or carry them. Just love her energy!!!!

I don’t usually rate places, but I felt compelled at The Laundry Room. I’ve recently done laundry in laundromats from Cromwell to Old Say Brook and Niantic, and although there is only one I would not go back to; The Laundry Room takes the prize. Spacious, clean, bright, safe-feeling and newer machines than I have seen elsewhere. The sitting space is also pleasant and not dusty. The location also has fast food near by, and a H4H Restore to wander around. A 5 star rating might be much, but Laundromats rarely get much love or cleaning. I have only seen one other laundromat I would give a such high score and I be lived in 5 states over 57 years. Well done and Thank You Laundry Room.

This place is great. The staff are friendly, and the place is always well maintained and cleaned. Would recommend anyone to come here.
