I have been searching for 7 years to find a Chicken Cutlet sandwich that compared to the Deli’s back home on Long Island. I have found a few decent ones throughout the state of CT but Wethersfield Pizza House blew the rest out of the water. There’s a reason why they have a sign that says “Home of the Chicken Cutlet”!

Family owned and operated, I was greeted by a Gentleman my first time who was very nice and even made sure that he didn’t throw it in the oven until I showed up because he understands the importance of serving food fresh. This made me happy and I was extremely satisfied with the final
product.

I loved it so much I returned just a week later, this time with my girlfriend and I met Maria. Maria was such a sweetheart, so caring and authentic. She gave me great customer service and delivered another amazing Sandwich as well as a huge meatball with a ton of flavor and an order of Chicken Parmesan. Everything was fresh of course, the sauce reminded me of my Nonnas. I’m so happy I found this gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a quality chicken cutlet.

I felt right at home coming here for the first time today! The owners are so friendly, they welcome you when you come inside! We got a Greek salad and the chicken parm grinder; it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time! I took a good nap after lunch today. 😴

This place is a Gem of Wethersfield. Tucked away in a small street side plaza off the Silas Deane. This place is consistently delicious and made to order. Ofcourse they are known for their phenomenal chicken cutlet grinder, but I also enjoy their freshly sliced roast beef. This place is good to sit down for lunch or take it with you. CASH ONLY but ATM located inside.

I found the best chicken cutlets in Connecticut. This family owned pizza house is the real deal. This is a cash only establishment, but they do have an ATM machine for your convenience. A whole grinder feeds 4 people and the cutlets are stacked 3 high! Very clean establishment! This is a husband and wife team and boy do they know how to cook! Stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

First time here. how did not know this place existed. I walked in and they treated me like I've been coming here for years. This is so old school grinders got the chicken pram. So much chicken on this thing I could hardly bit into it. So So delicious I will definitely make this my new grinder spot.

Used to come here for lunch all the time years ago when I lived in CT and worked in Rocky Hill. They have the absolute BEST chicken cutlets in the world! I know it sounds cliché but it's so true. Go check them out and give a taste. You'll agree. You get five or six filets sandwiched together with sauce, cheese, and your choice of veggies. So, so delish! Happy that they survived Covid and are still cookin'. Every time we visit CT. We make it a point to get ourselves some chicken cutlets. 😁

Went here for first time today. Chicken cutlet was tasty and had enough to bring some home after eating lunch. The service was FANTASTIC. We need more people in the world like those working here. Friendly is an understatement.

Place is deff a must try if u like chicken parm then try their grinder absolutely huge and delicious and the owners are top notch

The chicken cutlet grinder is huge and tasty.
They are very friendly and immediately ask what they can get you.. It's a small shop, nothing fancy perfect for the family. Only accept cash, but they have a debt machine to take cash out.

Run by a husband and wife (who is one of the sweetest people you will ever hand your money to for any reason). The grinders are really what this place is all about. Huge grinders over-stuffed with top notch ingredients. The chicken cutlet and the chicken parm grinders are what makes them famous. They are perfection. I also love the meatball. Franklin Giant Grinder is another famous grinder shop in the area, but Wethersfield Pizza House is the best, by far.

Wife and I got three meals off one, most excellent, grinder!

I've been going here since I was a kid. The only thing that beats the food is the outstanding customer service. The chicken cutlets are made fresh throughout the day. The sandwiches are huge, only order a half if you're eating alone.
