This is my first time ever to do yoga. I did not want know what to expect. I said I would try it once and I absolutely love it. I'm no spring chicken LOL.... each of the instructors are fantastic...they all bring something special to the class. The room is so warm and inviting. I look forward to taking the class once twice even three times a week... Josephine 🍀

I can’t say enough about this studio. There is something so soothing and zen about this space. I can’t really explain it. Karen is amazing and seems to walk into the room and know exactly what we need. I live in Newington but drive to Southington for my yoga. So worth it!

Soul space is one of my favorite places to practice! Every instructor is amazing and friendly! You are treated like family! It's also the cheapest studio around!

Really enjoyed doing yoga here with my wife and sister. The classes are diverse and I always leave with a relaxed body and uplifted spirit!
