I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was nice and listened to what I had to say. I would recommend this place to anyone. Stephanie was really concerned about my well-being and did a virtual meeting but after talking wanted me to come in to physically see what was going and and make the necessary precautions for my condition. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond.

I wish that they weren't closing down in all of Connecticut because they were good to me Stephanie...you rock!

I was treated rudly by Dr Stephanie Wilbourne. I am patient suffering from chronic pain and was placed under medical protection during this hardship due to no income/ condition leaves me unable to return to work. An appointment was made so I may fill the neccessary forms required by eversource electric to ensure I am safe with electricity and lights. My app. was Jan 22, 2020 10am... Veyo services picked me up 9 am... and droped me off at 930 am... I was half hour early. I was not seen until 10:39 am and was asked to wait an additional 5 min. I said no problem seeing as I only made apprpriate steps for appointed date to fill paperwork. Upon Dr. Stephanie entering to discuss with me reasons for my visit. She asked if I made a series of appointments in an aggressive tone for labs she would like done. Its very clear to me that the time is now 10:50 am I stated that any other scheduled appointments or other catagories of health can be arranged or dicussed another time via phone ir next scheduled appointment , and can we please fill the paper work request and address why i came in today.. Thats what my insurance paid her for. However she refused stated that eversource must fax her this paperwork. She wrote down fax number and strongly told me she felt her other with chronic pain deal more than I do. She stated multiple times that she had other patients with more severe issues as if my issues ... clearly being treated for ver 12 months are irrelivant to her. at 10:53 my ride from veyo services/medical transport was calling me for a pick up. I have no means of getting around at this time as she is a ware of my finacial hardship.depression as she perscribed a medication for but refused to refer me to phsycologist, long and short of this un-pleasant encounter. I was not treated respectfully by my Doctor/ Nurse Pract. nor was my appointment honored. Actions have been taken to pro-actively deal with her conduct. I would never advise being under the care of someone that gives you a bad energy, feelings of anxiety, depression, and takes negative verbal shots at there patients character. In addition, My self and a witness over heard very un pleasant remarks regarding her feelings and hee assistants thoughts on another male patients sexuality or orientation. Sounded horrible and judgmental. My lady friend and I decided to ignore this as it was not our business, but they should have closed the door if they didnt want any one to over hear that disgusting slandering of some unknown patient. Its just a horrible place painted lovely. I have been dealing with Narcisistic abuse from her and its not right and its un- ethical. Please excuse my typos or mis-spelled words... You get the point. Also noticed her hispanic clients are treated more polite, her staff is all spanish and location in Spanish council. Seems like she favors the hispanic community althou she is Seemingly Afro American. She treated me like peon ... while I observed her smile and greet other patients that were females, seniors, or hispanic apperance were treated and greeted better. horrible place... one of the worst feelings to be treated with a feeling being discriminated against.
