Dunkin'

I'm from Massachusetts and I have a DD right down the street from me, I go there at least 4× a week maybe more. and they hardly ever get my coffee right! THIS dunks here in Hartford are so pleasant and my order is always right! I'm usually there in the morning and the drive thru is fast and accurate! TY TO THE FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AT THIS DUNKS! YOU ARE APPRECIATED ☮

Carmel swirl w almond milk with toasted almond medium and hot is my new drink.

At 5am I'm there for a small hot 1 cream 2 Splenda on the side. I am know already just by my voice. Lol.. great customer service, coffee always the way I love it.

Carmen Sanchez is the best worker to have working for you, I love going there because of her professionalism, courtesy and kindness. You better give her a raise............. She definitely deserves every dollar, she worked hard for it. You better, if not I'll complain about YOU.........

Been coming here for years always get my order right never had any complaints staff always on point and fast getting your order and getting it correct 😊 I definitely recommend this DD if you in the area.

After two bad visits in one week, I posted an honest review here and took the receipt survey honestly. The Management and Leadership teams reached out to me immediately. The care and concern for their customers experience was what one expects. Thank you Adrian and Mark. My review and opinion has definitely changed.

Coffee just right at 4:30 am

Fresh coffee and bagels. There's been only one instance where they didn't toast my bagels, ordered through ToGo app. I click on reorder every time, so I know I didn't forget selecting the option. Other than that, they have been pretty good.

They get my order right every time and they make my coffee PERFECT

Nice clean restaurant and bathroom, as well. Very helpful, friendly staff. Looked like they were enjoying themselves while working. I liked to see such enthusiasm!

Placed a mobile app order and accidentally entered a different location . Staff at this locations replaced it and refused to charge me again .

I love visiting this place in the morning. There's a female Staff who is such a sweetheart. She greets you in a pleasant way and she always has a smile on her face. I think her name is Iris 😉... She needs a raise!!

Delicious pastry and drinks. The donuts were really good and the coffee A+.

I really don't go inside but drive-thyu is always fast. The employees that take my order and handle my order is always so friendly, caring and kind!!

A few times I'd ask for special ham & cheese no egg on a croissant. They would forget and give the egg. Otherwise the service is quick and pollite.

I love that DD its near my job and I've been going there for 5 years now , the staff are very friendly respectful and customer service is great .

The service was great very professional, and the ladies looked like they loved their job, it doesn't get better than that than to be attended by someone who loves their job 😍
