My son upgraded from a crib bed to a twin. The employees were very helpful and friendly, also made it easy for me to shop. They had good options for a twin size mattress. Great quiet and clean place, organized and great prices as well.

I went to American Freight in Rocky Hill CT, I purchased multiple rooms of furniture with warranty. My home and furniture were compromised by mold. There was a discrepancy on the stores end with the transfer of my warranty to a few items and one of the managers gave me a very difficult time over the phone and in store telling me I would have to purchase brand new furniture at full price. I went back a few days later to make a complaint and try to find a better solution and the store manager Dan was already waiting for me. He fixed everything and got me squared away with a replacement and new warranty. I'm very happy that this is all situated. Dan was truly a great help. Very understanding and attentive.

Alice was extremely helpful! I had so many issues with my order and she even saved me 6hrs from driving to another store. She was very professional, personable and outright friendly! I highly recommend this store because her and her team have impeccable customer service skills and made my purchase and pick up process a breeze!

I found this store online and I went to check the location in newington the staff there are not friendly.Everytime I would ask a question it seemed as if it was a bother so I asked about another location they told me they have one in Rocky Hill and that they have one of the furniture pieces I was looking for . I then went to the location in rocky hill and I was able to get the dresser I was looking for.

Today I went to pick up the dresser in rocky hill which was very frustrating because I was told I had to get the displace because the dresser was already sold it became a really big mess and at the end of the day I would of been without a dresser.

Kathy who was very helpful with checking different locations and making sure the situation was taking care of . Without her help I do not think I would have left as a happy customer. She did an amazing job making sure that I would not be disappointed seeing that this is my first time making a purchase with this company . If I will decide to make another purchase I will make sure it’s at the Rocky hill location and that the purchase is with Kathy .

The manager Keith was absolutely incredible. He did everything he could to make sure we got our desired set and even worked you same day delivery from 2 separate stores. 100% recommended

I called about an out of box slightly scratched refrigerator from the Shrewsbury store. Amanda was very helpful, sending me pictures and answering all of my questions, as I am an hour away. Nick and Patrick delivered it 2 days later. They were very careful and managed to get my old refrigerator through a basement doorway that had just 1/2" clearance.

I have been buying merchandise from Sears Outlet/American Freight for years and Keith (Regional manager at Rocky Hill Location) has always gone above and beyond to ensure excellent service. A true professional even when products may have been subpar. Marlon from the Newington store has been very helpful as well. Please hire more like them 😄

My boyfriend and I came in today after weeks of searching big retail stores for a new bed and couches and left today with a new bed AND two new couches for almost half the price of the retail stores. Karianne and the manager were so helpful and nice in helping us with our purchases. Best furniture shopping experience I’ve had by far and for such a great price. Very happy with my purchases and the customer service we received.

I have always had a hard time with the American Freight in South Windsor. The man there was a complete jerk. Today, I went to the Rocky Hill location and met Mo. She took her time with me. She listened to everything I said. She even found me the sectional that I was told was on back order. She did everything she could to make my visit 100%. She went above and beyond for me. I will only ever deal with this amazing woman when I go there. If you want someone who cares about her job and not just a sale, Mo is that person. Mo, if you read this, thank you again.
