I have worked with Dan and Seth for over 3 years now, and have gone to them probably over 20 times at this point for a wide variety of reasons - from fixing super random tricky problems like replacing my OBDII port after it being broken during an emissions test, to building my entire IAG engine, and everything in between. Their work is always top tier and as expected. If you have any doubts, or are still deciding where to go, you cannot go wrong with this place - they have had my back through countless visits and I will always trust them with any project or problem I have. I just want to thank Seth and Dan for helping me this morning. Great guys, they helped me figure out some mods I had on my Subaru and corrected my tuning for me. Gas mileage went up right away and feels so much better driving. I highly recommend ecs performance. I will definitely be coming back to do some more mods. Thanks guys!!

Ive had a vibration at highway speeds on and off for years. Each time it would show up i took my STI into the dealer and explained the situation. They would take my money and "fix" it but somehow it always came back eventually (usually a few months later). Took my car to Dan and the guys at ECS and not only did they find the ACTUAL issue which was a bent wheel(how the dealer didn't is beyond me), Dan didn't even charge me for the time and the fix he provided to get me thru until i replace the wheel. Long story short avoid the dealer and take your car to a real professional. These guys just earned a lifetime customer, i wouldn't even consider going elsewhere for work on any of my cars. Ive been here a few times now and already felt that way, but now its written in stone. If you're searching for an honest shop of professionals to take care of your car look no further.

Dan, seth, rob, and paul are a great group of guys and did an amazing job on my car. They were extremely helpful and sent updates and great explications throughout the process. Would highly recommend anyone with a subaru to come here! Been to other shops before this one and they stand out above all others.

Dan @ ECS in South Windsor was super friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the APR software. I was able to get an appointment the same day and had a flawless experience. He has a lot of history with Audi, and is an enthusiast himself, so it was a common ground for conversation. It is always best to work with local shops for sales, service and support. So happy i went with ECS to tune and work on my car! My WRX feels like a brand new car and is just what i was looking for when i had imagined going stage 2. Great customer service, very friendly and transparent with me. I have nothing but a good word for them. I will most certainly be going back for any future projects.

Submitted a request via their website and received an email from Dan shortly after in regards to getting my 2018 TTS tuned with APR. My assumption was it would be a week or so but they got me in first thing this morning. While waiting it was awesome to be able to chat with Dan while he worked. (Outside and simple software...I'd never try to intrude on true shop work) It became apparent that the guys over there are extremely knowledgeable and don't mind sharing said knowledge. As someone else stated in their review its great to have a local small shop that shares in your enthusiasm for cars and genuinely cares about the entire experience for the customer. They didn't try to upsell or pull typical shop stunts just got me in and out with exactly what I wanted/needed, a tune for my car and a shop that I can return to for years to come.

I wanted to give a big shout out to all of the team at ECS and especially the owner Paul. I took my 2016 Rolls Royce Wraith in for its yearly oil change service and ECS took great care of it and were very diligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend you get your car down there for anything from tuning services to service work to mechanical repair. These guys are top shelf across the board.

ECS performance is an AMAZING shop! I am so excited for the complete suspension rebuild they had done on my 1999 Civic Si! Seth does fantastic work! Can't wait for them to do more to the car. I strongly recommend them!

One of the best shops in the East Coast for get work done to your Subaru!! I couldn’t be more happier with the work they have done to my car that had a recent engine failure. Paul is one of the best tuners that I have met and he really knows his stuff!! Will definitely be going back in the future for any modifications or new tunes that need to be done to my 2017 Subaru WRX!

There are a few reputable performance shops in the area, but after cross shopping quotes and reading other reviews I decided to bring my 2018 Audi RS3 to ECS. They took me in right away, unlike others who told me I had to wait several weeks for an appointment.
ECS installed multiple parts: turbo inlet, spark plugs, intercooler, lowering springs and more on my car. They worked quickly to meet my timeline as I had to get the car back in a few days. Pricing was more than fair for the amount of work they performed, and the ECS team was very transparent, knowledgeable, and they're enthusiasts themselves who clearly enjoy the work they for their customers' cars. I was very happy with my experience and so far the car is running great, no strange rattles, leaks or anything out of the ordinary. They even found time to change my oil at the end of the day after banging out the most time consuming installs. 10/10 would recommend, and I'll be coming back to them for more.

Top notch service! ECS has a very knowledgeable team that is great to work with. The dyno tune for my 22 WRX provided excellent power gains, smooth power delivery and major improvements to drivability. These guys know their stuff! I highly recommend this shop for your performance needs.

In the last year they’ve done a lot of work to my 2019 WRX and Dan Fiore helped me make the best choices for my car and was incredibly knowledgeable. I don't trust just anyone with my car, but after my experience at ECS I will be returning. The team was able to get my car diagnosed, parts ordered, and installed very quickly. Communication was great- Dan was very responsive, even after hours. Prices are very reasonable as well, they do not try to nickel and dime you over labor as I've experienced with other dealers and shops.
