I have been feeling a bit hopeless about several health issues after being given the run around by insurance, providers and hospitals. I left my first appointment feeling hope for the first time in a while. Dr. Greene spent a very generous amount of time with me, sincerely listened to all of my concerns, and immediately put a number of interventions in place along with reassurance that I had someone on my side and things would get better. I’m shocked that he takes insurance, because the care is private pay concierge level. I’m extremely grateful for the hope, kindness and advocacy and so ready to start taking proactive steps towards feeling better.

I came here establishing as a new patient. I have never been so impressed with a healthcare facility. They are extremely thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Confidia Health Institute for over 7 years. They’re very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve recommended their services to my friends and family since they do such a fantastic job. The providers spend a good amount of time with you, and make sure all of your questions are answered. I love the fact that they focus on preventative care, and offer “Well visits” to keep you healthy. The staff go out of their way to provide you with the best care possible. I wouldn’t consider receiving care anywhere else. They offer a comprehensive amount of services in their office. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new provider.

I have been with Dr. Keven Greene and Staff for many years. I would not go to anyone else. He listens and in really concerned about every patient’s health. I must really place a lot of this office success on his staff. There are all professional and accurate. A true pleasure to work with.

…arrive early. I had an early AM annual physical today at the Plantsville location. I was seen 20mins late. The PLUS is that PA Eric L. invests time, energy, & sincerity answering questions & concerns. After the annual physical, I arrived 7-minutes late to the Bristol location (heavy metal testing), and was asked to reschedule. I chose this 5-star rating because it’s a very busy practice & they require that patients arrive early OR on time. Be willing to wait. Be willing to reschedule.

I have had a very good experience coming here for my healthcare. The P.A. Eric was very thorough and understanding of my situation and ordered only the necessary blood tests to determine my health needs.

You can join a private gym in the bristol location with a trainer.

The staff and doctors and caregivers are concerned and caring

I went to Dr Greene for my thyroid. He did a heavy metal test and I was very high. I have done a series of IV chelation. I know led the metals down in my body many to a normal level. I felt better. Much better. I however stopped before my lead levels dropped out of the red area. They are half of what they were when I started. Through more research I have decided to continue and unload my lead level as well. So many diseases associated with lead. Including cancer. I am contacting him today!

All good except the billing department.

The PA is really nice but the front desk staff are so RUDE. They do not listen to your concerns, they cut you off mid sentence and they are more worried about collecting insurance money than they are about your health. They are making me book separate appointments just to collect more copayments. I thought I hit the jackpot with this new office and after only a month I am ready to switch my care to more professional and caring people.
