Julie has helped me through my workers compensation and also provided encourigament, and for me to keep positive in my recovery..very nice person to talk to and keep a positive outlook..

My only bright 1 star is my sr resolution manager Ms Temple. The company is following my injury for a year ➕. I live in serious pain daily due to the injury. but when i contact my representative she is always
attentive and professional. And nurse case manager is the best at knowing what you need. And what you can expect from your injury.. i wish she was my doctor. Lol

Danielle Beaudry is lazy and incompetent. How she maintains her job astounds me. She pulls stunts like messing with medication requests and then takes an extended leave of her responsibilities, with no one to cover for her. Then when she does return to her job, she takes a few weeks to settle back in before she resumes working. I am the claimant and I had to have my atty. Prompt her to do her job and submit the paperwork to stop TT payments because the docs on their payroll deemed me at MMI...that was in September.....lazy, incompetent and ineffective. Must be nice to still have a job. Hopefully someone in management will take notice of this review and a job will open up...God knows there are enough people out there looking for jobs , people who will actually do the job.

Simply awful. If this is your comp company, I feel sorry for you. Unless you appreciate waiting MONTHS for treatment with little to no response from your adjuster, this is not the company to use. Sadly we have no choice in the matter. Their "commitment to delivering exceptional service and we are here to help" motto is a farce. I've never been so let down.

I have been calling Mr. Barry Ennis with getting a response after he stated that he will make the correct information on my Medicare that his company put the wrong information on, and he has not done it after a year.

Share details....you kidding me...This place is a joke.....Poor service, no response, ... obviously staff who don't care.... Incredibly dysfunctional....Checks are late, or the wrong amount....Forget about talking to someone....it's a complete joke. Hire an Attorney to deal with these people..

Unprofessional, when dealing with them get a lawyer involved.
