I was on my way home on I-91 South from Hartford and had another 45 minutes to go. My service light came on to check my tires. One of my tires was at 20. By the time the next exit came (Ex. 21 as I saw a sign saying there was gas at that exit), I took it; by that time the tire was at 16.
I took a right looking for a service station and I saw to my left a garage with trucks parked there. The bay doors were all opened and I just pulled up and told this man, Ron, about my problem. He told me he may have another tire like mine or he'd try to fix it. In a matter of 15 minutes, he not only fixed the tire, he checked all the tires which were over-aired (is that a car term?). He was so efficient, professional and kind. The price was very reasonable. It's nice to know a good place to stop on our journeys. Thank you :)

For a quick fix, they took me in immediately, were friendly, and had good rates. I've been there before for bigger issues and they were friendly then, quick, and fairly priced.

Went here for two front tires. Affordable. Had to wait for a few because he was on a call.

Scheduled AC compressor work and got notified at the last hour that mechanic is out towing and can’t make it back in time for my appointment and was notified at the 11th hour. Scheduled an oil change two weeks ago and showed up and the place was closed, no one called me to tell me the mechanic went home early. Then was suppose to go in today to get my thermostat changed (half hour job) and was told mechanic is out towing until the end of his shift/only have one mechanic and he can’t work outside of his normal hours as it is overtime. I was not notified and only found out because I reached out to confirm coming in for a thermostats change as I was driving to my appointment. Poor communication and service.

11/4/20 $607.93 for a new radiator and 1/26/21 275.40 for a new thermostat the mechanic broke a screw into the thermostat and charged me $53 because he broke it !!! NOW five months later the thermostat and my car is sky high and they refused to fix it!!!

I spent a total of 883.33 😡

If you want to be treated by unfriendly, uneducated, disrespectful, male chauvinist among other things that I prefer not to mentioned, visit this place. I wish all the good energy they can get, because they will need it. Specially the owner Bill. Good luck in life.
