I highly recommend Carstar! They did such a great job on the body repair on my 2016 Hyundai Accent. It looks brand new!!! They went above and beyond to help me with getting a rental and took care of everything for me! Jay got my car back to me before the date promised. The receptionist was very professional and friendly! I couldn't have done it without Carstar! Thank you so much Carstar!! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!!!

They did an amazing job fixing my car. I have a car that is no longer in production in the US so I was nervous the parts might be difficult to get or match but my car came back looking absolutely perfect and they even detailed it. It came back so clean and looked brand new. From start to finish everyone I spoke with was exceptionally nice and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Sarah at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful for the time and effort that was put into making my car perfect again and for the extra effort of cleaning and detailing it. I appreciate it so much!

The customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to clean the inside of my car and fixed my gas tank fuel door when they didn’t have to. They were really nice. I would recommend them to anyone. This will be my go to place if I have issues with my car. They did an amazing job with the repairs of my car.

I had an excellent experience with this business. They are very professional, efficient and helpful. Sara assisted me during checking in and out. She took care of the rental return, updated me on the progress of the work and encouraged me to contact the insurance company to verify that the rental was covered till l was able to pick up my vehicle. I appreciate all they did to relieve a stressful situation.

Broght my Ram 1500 in after an accident. Absolutely the most professional body shop I've ever been to. Top notch. Took longer than I hoped, but I completely understand it was out of their control while waiting for parts. Great job. The woman at the desk, who's name I can't recall unfortunately was wonderful. Jim was as polite and courteous as could be. The work on the truck was like new. 100% great experience.

My truck was hit from behind and everything was fixed and cleaned inside and out. They did a great job fixing the damages to my truck. The only thing that ended up being different was I went from having 5 backing Sensors to 4. The staff made sure my truck and I were taken care of. I totally recommend there work.

Absolutely incredible!!!
I brought my car in to fix the bumper and realign the steering. Car star was super easy to communicate with and helped me out with everything. Didn’t feel like I was getting scammed at all. Very affordable price with top notch results. Car looks brand new and way better than before on top of that it didn’t even take more than a week and a half for two accidents worth of damage. Highly recommended!!! 👍I love my car now

I brought my car after a collision and having an awful experience at another mechanic . I was worried I was going to lose the car and was certain it was totaled . Not only were they able to fix but they told me it would be quite some time to fix . It turns out they only took three weeks and my car looks amazing . Also they cleaned up the interior of my car and updated accordingly . Highly recommend !!!!!!!!

I was so excited to see my car. Looks like new. Wasn’t happy it took so long but was a busy winter. Got in my car to leave and it was nice and clean in and out. Smelled so good. Was very happy. Nice respectful people to deal with. If your looking for hassle free stop by there. Hope I don’t need them again but would recommend. Thanks carstar

Did an awesome job on my Acura’s rear bumper! I would definitely recommend them for service! The staff was very nice and welcoming! I will definitely use them again in the future!

They did some work with my driver door and my rear bumper. The repairs came out great and went the extra mile with detailing my car. They did a wonderful job from start to finish.

I was so impressed with their work, I'm doing this review. This is not something I normally find time to do. My truck was so clean and shiny I wasn't sure it was my car. The car was cleaned on the inside too which I very much appreciate. I give them ten out of ten. Service was great!!

Great customer service! I had to bring my car in to get fixed after I got rear ended and they returned it in even better condition than I dropped it off. I wasn’t expecting it to come back cleaner than I dropped it off!! Really really happy with everything

They were awesome! Took great care of my baby..someone side swiped my car horribly and looks like new! They were friendly, considerate-kept getting texts about the work-had a rental car for me, cleaned and vacuumed my car..highly recommended them!!

Carstar is my number one choice in collision repair as unfortunately, I've had to go to them 3 times. This is my first time going to the Berlin location and they were pleasant and professional. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and kept me updated with pictures of the progress. I did an online estimate and when my car was done, the price changed, for the better! It decreased. I was pleasantly pleased. My luxury car looks brand new, the washed it and detailed the interior. I give them 10 stars and would recommend them to everyone.

Car got shot, ended up bringing it to Carstar with an insurance claim, painted my fender and matched it correctly, did electrical work, car was ready within two weeks. Have a few issues like my alarm doesnt sound when locking and one of my foglights are not on, im sure its fixable. Definitely recommend Carstar to anyone.

I would like to give CarStar the highest possible rating. I brought them a car that had accident damage on all four sides and was practically totaled. When they finished the bodywork, the car looked better than new! I get that new car feeling every time I look at the car now. Thank you CARSTAR. I would also like to give a shout out to WALTER, the person who handled my case. No one could be easier to work with. He answered all my questions and was attentive to all of my concerns. After seeing my original review, Lisa at the office went above and beyond to communicate with us. I greatly appreciate her humility and apologies for dropping the ball with updating us.
My car looks fantastic. I so appreciate the attention to detail that the whole team displayed, and this really does lead me to believe the lapse in communication we experienced was something that does not happen often here. There were technical issues with processing payment, and Lisa stayed late to help get everything sorted and worked out.
In total, it took them nearly 4 weeks to finish my car (lots of glass damage to the body, due to a truck window falling on it), but the work was definitely worth the wait.
