Wonderful friendly people! Only know Tabitha by name now. She's great! Miss Joe, Lori, & Chris, whom we also knew when she worked at the Elmo Post Office long ago when my son was young. Best wishes to you all & prayers for a great fall season!

This is the best post office ever! I have lived in a lot of places and never dealt with such a friendly, efficient and caring post office staff.

These guys are the best! Every time I go in they are so super helpful and nice. I miss seeing one of the gentlemen that used to work there, but I've worked with a young curly haired man, a blonde gal, and I think a red head and they have been just as sweet. Even in the face of one of the Karen-est Karens I've ever seen, the curly haired guy was so nice.

I was delivering a package for the 1sr time ever; had NO IDEA on what or how to do it, the counter worker was very nice, helpful & understanding. GEEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
**UPDATE**
For the 1st time ever I am having trouble having a package delivered. On the PS FORM 3849 it states that my package is too big to fit into the delivery truck on that day. So I scheduled redelivery. Then received an unprofessional phone message stating that the package is too big and 'people' usually come into the post office to personally pick it up, Mondays are a bad day to ask for packages to be delivered and that I will receive the package (now 3 days past the original delivery day) when he gets to it. When I try to track or see what is going on it now states that the package cannot be scheduled for redelivery, the reason it's undelivered was because my receptacle was full. EXCUSE ME, YOUR JOB IS TO WHAT?? TO DELIVER PACKAGES. I find it odd that my Amazon grocery order of chips, juice, gushers and jello is larger than 2 children's ride on vehicle, a JBL Partybox and large Walmart orders were definitely larger than this and delivered without issues by USPS.

Ever time I go there it's the same thing , outstanding customer service and very professional and friendly. Just one less government building that isn't dreadful to have to go into

Fed ex "lost" a package that i was expecting and they did NOTHING to look for it. Once I contacted this post office, they got back to me right away AND ended up finding the package Fed Ex misplaced! Even called me when it came in and said I could pick it up early instead of waiting for it to be dropped at my house the next day. Went above and beyond when they didn't have to!

The staff here was incredibly accommodating, the blond woman that helped us exceeded all expectations.

Ups in Polson is a nice place to ship and buy shipping supplies! The customer service is great!

Everyone has been very helpful in getting my packages for the holidays. One occasion a clerk loaned me their cart so I could load up my packages.

Friendly staff and good customer service even if they are understaffed a lot of the time

The people behind the counter are nice, but their mail delivery drivers are terrible. We frequently have our packages delivered to neighbors, and recently an Amazon package was "left in mailbox" but wasn't there... the USPS phone system is useless and it takes days to hear back on an automated service request, meanwhile we still don't have our item.
