This was my first time renting a storage unit while I was moving between apartments. I originally rented a unit that was way too big and Debbie was very helpful with transferring me to a better sized unit. It was very quick and easy. I stopped in the office for a few questions and again, Debbie was very friendly! She answered all of my questions and even assisted with my purchases of packing boxes. This as been a great first storage experience, highly recommend!

I was very impressed with how well I was treated by the gentleman who helped me, Mike. This was my first experience with storage rental and he was able to make it as easy and painless as possible. Even when I first got to my new unit and there was a small rain water issue he didn't hesitate to immediately get me another unit. Great place and even better staff!

I had to rent more space today so of course I went to my favorite place SROA! I was a little disappointed that Mike wasn’t there when I arrived but the customer service from Deb was excellent! Even if I had to pay a little extra to be here I would just because of the way Mike & Deb treat me. However the prices are just as good if not better then other places. So with good pricing and excellent treatment it is a win win!

Downgraded to another unit. Was seemless. Patty and debbie were very helpful

Michael was the best he kept his word he was very respectful..the other employees were not professional I spoke to several ladies and a couple of males that was very disappointing..but Mike made me feel so much better he did what the other guy promised but when the time came to deliver gave me the run around..

Debra was fantastic, the service she provided was excellent. If you need storage service go to the Bloomfield facility and you will be glad you did, I know I am.

I'm very happy with my storage unit at 29 Old Windsor Rd. Bloomfield Ct. The folks that run this facility, are very friendly and professional. I pay my fees at another location, for convenience, and have been taken great care of by Darya. She's friendly, knowledgeable and professional all in one. Kudos to you guys for hiring people that work right!!!
