This is the worse CVS. I moved to this town 10 plus years. Since this new female pharmacist came into our Park Ave location is been worse experience after another. The young adults staff behind the register and drive thru have the worse attitudes. Please double check your staff credentials and send the folks to people skills training. I came to the store today and ask young lady a simple question what time drive thru closes and she snapped. I’m here alone and that’s why is close. I replied no need to get smart young lady.
Come to find out that my prescription was not ready. I got a reminder that Rx was ready for pickup
Another complaint I have to make multiple trips to the pharmacy.
You are risking people health and life.
Calling corporate office in the morning to make this complaint by phone
Taking my business elsewhere
I’m on the phone right now for almost 45 minutes to ask pharmacist on how to transfer all my RX n still on hold
Picture attached to prove the wait time.
This unacceptable behavior

Whoever is in charge here needs to be FIRED ASAP!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. My prescriptions are ALWAYS late. I’m not picking up candy…. It’s medication. Staff is condescending like they’re doing you a favor. No one picks up the phone to give you information on the status of your medication. There’s no way to get in touch unless you go in and you go in only to find out your prescriptions aren’t ready yet again.

Never sending my prescriptions here ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to a different location or even a different chain because this pharmacy is the worst. I have had nothing but issues with almost every single prescription I’ve had filled here and there a 6 people in my family that I get prescriptions for.
Having a doctor call in a RX around 11am and still not having it filled by 5pm is a joke. Telling us that you will expedite the RX and it will be available in an hour, only to tell us an hour later you don’t even HAVE the RX in stock is unacceptable. Telling us to go to another store and refusing to call and verify they have the RX before we drive to another town because you’re too busy is ridiculous. The customer service here….is non-existent. Not only are most of the pharmacy staff rude or cop an attitude, they almost never answer the phone and can’t even figure out a prescription that has been filled every month for over a year. My family and I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I would like to disagree with previous comments. This is THE WORST CVS IN THE WORLD. There is always an unreasonably long line at the pharmacy of 20 minutes plus. Every single time I need to fill prescriptions, it takes me multiple trips because they're not all ready when promised. Last time I had two prescriptions "in process" on the app and when I asked in the store, they told me it was not being worked on at all. I have had meds after surgery not be ready until the following day when I know they would be ready immediatelyat the CVS one town over. They do not answer the pharmacy phone at all. I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes for my call to never be answered. You can hear the phone ring endlessly while you wait in line. They refuse to ring up non-pharmacy item at the pharmacy so customers have to check out a second time to buy OTC items. They close the drive through without warning, not to mention the asinine closures of the pharmacy for lunch. The stock assortment in the store is lousy. The prices suck (at all CVSs). They are terribly understaffed and I don't understand why CVS doesn't do something about this or just close the damn store if you don't care.

WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER… and no I was not looking for painkillers. The two women at the counter made me wait for them finish their personal conversation before even acknowledging me and it went downhill from there. I had to have the Urgent Care call the Pharmacist about not only mine but another person’s script that was sent there hours ago. I can understand technical errors but it was the attitudes that was the shame of it all. They were being very indignant, haughty and insensitive. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Again, I was neither angry nor aggressive as some people can be at the pharmacy. Two hours after my script was sent over, I finally received my medication. I was so exhausted from my discomfort and the egregious treatment that I cried when I got in the car.

I waited on hold for 20 minutes at work, only to get hung up on by the pharmacist for no apparent reason. When I finally got to the pharmacy after work, the customer service was equally as bad. It’s honestly not their fault though, they’re just overworked and underpaid. There were three members of staff working at the pharmacy this evening. Each diligently pushing out order after order as I waited. It’s obviously not the adequate amount of staff for the volume this location experiences. This place has been severely understaffed for years. I’m at the point where I’m willing to boycott this whole company until they get it together.

I have been using this CVS for years. Today I am ready to transfer all of my prescriptions. I waited on the phone for a half hour, only to have the phone picked up by an extremely rude employee.
They said that they were short staffed, but that does not excuse poor customer service. And to top it off, when I asked to speak to the manager, that's exactly who I was speaking to! I am so appalled with this pharmacy and their manager. Service is so slow as well. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I agree that it may be the worst CVS in America. The pharmacist and staff are friendly and doing their best, but they're simply understaffed due to corporate greed. They never answer the phone, but medications will be in process for days if you don't ask them to expedite them since they're always behind. That means you have to physically drive there to ask them to fill a medication that's already in process. You can't do it through the app. I'm extremely frustrated, and corporate doesn't care because they basically have a monopoly, so we don't have any other choices.

My prescription is already 3 days late and as i was trying to pick it up today, I was behind a customer and directly after they served that customer they said they are closing and cant serve me, it was 4:45 in the evening. not only that, but the woman who mopes around like her life and job is so hard and is the most unpleasant person i’ve dealt with in customer service needs to find something else to do. They also ask me out loud what medicine i'm specifically picking up instead up typing in my name from an ID i have ready to be handed to them, that’s private information and i don’t need to verbally tell you or the whole store what prescriptions i am picking up. Do better cvs, dookie store, dookie pharmacy, mopey miserable people, staff needs a reality check.
