Dr. Gygi has been wonderful as my new PCP. Always quick to schedule appointments when needed and cares about helping the patient.

I have been going here since 2000. They are very friendly staff and my whole family sees the Drs there.

Our Primary is great! APRN Tracy Noell is great with me, my wife, and our infant son. She listens and tries to get to root cause. The only problem is it can be hard to get a quick appointment.

Update:
This is a 3 year old review.
There's been an almost complete overhaul of physicians and superficial staff. I now have a new Physician group.
Previous review:
I value the amount of time my Dr spends with me, to get a full understanding and get to the root of the problem for the best care and treatment. If my Dr is running late, it never bothers me. I'm confident the the patient before me received the time and care necessary.
Windsor Family Medicine is not a Dr / Patient mill, running patients through quickly just to stay on schedule.

I have been a patient at Windsor Family since I was born. I called yesterday to get a pre-op appointment for a surgery that was scheduled 12 days out. I literally called as soon as I had an appointment day and was told there was nobody to see me, not a single time. Seeing how for 33 years this have been my provider I'm out of options and will need to go to an Urgent Care.

I will be finding a new PCP ASAP since what happens if I get the flu, strep or an ear infection - will I need to book that appointment weeks out?

Dr. Li and Dr. Harris would be so sad to see this is what their legacy has become.

Not very helpful at all - Have been going there since I was born and now that I am 22 years old, I've noticed they are not thorough on their diagnosis. I came in with numbing feeling in my hands, and was told it was a tendon issue, so i called an orthopedic and now i am seeing a neurologist for carpel tunnel. It was very frustrating

I'm 27, been going here since birth. This place has been on a steady decline for a long time. Dr. Flanagan retired and now I have no reason to endure sub par treatment by the rest of their staff. The staff is generally rude and I regularly feel like they trivialize my health. I've waited 30 minutes plus in their waiting room, I've had receptionists be very patronizing over the phone, and they've inspired anxiety. I am never going back.

The most recent time I was there I saw Dr. Dunn. I did think he was a good doctor and he is not the reason I am writing this. All other negative reviews seem plausible to me and I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this office since birth. I will never go back there. Very disappointed the office has gone way downhill after my doctor left. Had a virtual appointment a few months ago just to refill one of my prescriptions and they couldn’t even do that. Charging me a copay fo an appointment I didn’t even need to have. I’ve been calling to dispute the copay charge and they won’t let it go. The office manager doesn’t even have the decency to call me back and at least talk to me. Also, when talking to the front desk the lady hung up on me. Save yourself the trouble and go to another practice.

I can understand why the Windsor office of Prohealth Physicians only has a 2.5 star rating. I would give it a ONE. I have been in health care 45 years and I have never been subjected to or subjected my patients to this degree of irresponsible patient care as shown by this office. I h ave been waiting 6 days for my antihypertensive medication plus 3 others to be renewed (this included the weekend). Seriously long does it take to renew a medication. I called the pharmacy and the Windsor office several times. The pharmacy faxed the re ewals, the office received them and the physicians were notified. DR. KANU and Dr. KATY were the on call physicians (my PCP was on vacation). It's the responsibility and job of the on call physicians to follow up on patients not to just forget about them. So having said all that, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want good health care.

Seniors beware. Big corp. has invaded the Windsor family Medicine doctor office. All new doctors who are now taking away your medicines and using Medicare as an excuse. All they do is weigh you and take your blood pressure and discuss your medicines. Avoid at all cost. They were great at one time. Been a patient here for over 15 years

Can't seem to get themselves together. Poor people skills, they move your appointments around, cancel your scheduled appointments and don't try to accommodate you when rebooking. I will be switching my kids pediatrician ASAP. They operate like a corporate and nothing more. You're nothing but a number to them.

This place has really gone downward. They never have availability if you have an emergency. What's the sense of having a primary doctor if you can't be seen. You have better luck going to a Urgent Care. 👎

Called to make an appointment . I was told that they charge a 450.00 wellness fee out of pocket to be paid quarterly. Never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I was trying to get a physical and find a pcp local in town.
