Mark was extremely professional and courteous! The service was completed quickly. He provided all the necessary details and quoted everything before proceeding with the service. I appreciate the thoroughness they provide, as well as their attention to detail. We would definitely use them again for any auto work!

We drove 8 hours from Ottawa (Canada), on arrival I hit the sidewalk in the hotel parking lot and my tire went flat. I was tired, frustrated and nervous. We installed the spare tire and started looking for a tire repair place. Luckily for us Country Autocare was only 4 minutes away. I called and spoke with Mark who was friendly, informative, and very helpful. He answered all my questions and assured me that his guys could look at the tire and either fix it or replace it by the following day (which was critical for us to maintain our travel schedule). I dropped by early the next morning and Mark was just as nice and helpful in person. Long story short, the tire was replaced and the car was ready to go early that afternoon. Great client service, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend Country Autocare & Tire Center (In spite of Mark being a Boston Bruins fan).

We are new to the area and John was very helpful when we thought we needed a front end alignment. He offered practical advice for repair and had the car in and out in the same day. Excellent service, very friendly, helpful and honest. We will go back again.

I had a dead battery, called this shop and they had a tow truck at my place in under half an hour. Extremely personable and knowledgeable front desk. They completed the work fast including an oil change. This is my favorite auto shop now!

We were traveling on the Interstate when our tire pressure light came on. Thankfully this amazing company was close. Mark and his mechanics pulled us in immediately even though they were very busy. They checked all tires and filled the proper pressure needed. They sent us on our way with a happy thanksgiving. We highly recommend this shop.

Needed a tire patched. Mark was great and offered to get me in within the hour. Didn’t need it that quick, but he and the team were friendly, quick and professional and did a great job. Will be visiting again soon.

Had a leak in one of my tires and also needed regular service (oil change, etc.) so at the recommendation of a friend, went to Country Auto Care. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to get me in and repair the tire and service my vehicle in the same day. Friendly and great customer service and fair prices. They did not remember to reset my service reminder, but that's a minor thing. Overall it was a great experience and I would use them again.

I really appreciated having our car looked after and how courteous they were. When you’re going on a trip you want that extra security in place. All work was described well and it was a Good environment to entrust the car to. They were genuine.

Stephen the mechanic fixed my tires. I first came just to fill them up and he even offered to teach me how to do it myself for future reference. He then said I might need my tires fixed because I had a slow leak and took it upon himself to fix my tires even though his manager was going to have me make an appointment at a later date. He was such a nice person. After an hour my tires were fixed and I was ready to go. Thank you Stephen.

After a disaster with my Jeep I had it towed to Country Auto from start to finish the owner was absolutely informative and very kind. He explained everything in detail even sending me pictures. I was travelling through Connecticut when my car broke down. I could not have been more impressed with the service! They were awesome, speedy and got me back on the road in time to have dinner with my granddaughter in Vermont. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again, you all were awesome.
