I have been a customer of AEFCU for a number of years. I have never encountered rude behavior - and am always treated with respect. I have recommended this bank to a number of friends.

I have been doing business here since they opened this location. I've met just about all the staff at one time or other. They have always been friendly and very helpful. Always a nice conversation while transactions are being conducted. Wonderful experience. Always looking out for your interest. ( no pun intended.) My kind of people.

Had to add thoughts to a review that gave AEFCU an 1 star review. Consumer Reports shouldn't be used as a go-to for researching any company or products . We are subscribers as well.
Being a member since 1991 as well as my husband since he was a child through his Dad's employment. Our experience has never been lower than 5 stars.
The staff is ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL and never have I heard or seen these dedicated employees come across as rude, show any unhappiness with their employment and even share in the joys of their customers lives. (My 1st Grandchild was the highlight of my life and they always made me feel like my joy was theirs)

Free coin machine for members, always updating online capabilities and recently decreased paper transaction slips with state of art palm scanning service to ensure customer integrity and doing everything to decrease paper waste which in turn saves our future environment.
Staff changes are required to train and be aware of how the company operates within other branches.
Use your personal experience to determine your opinion, while researching businesses is beneficial, many are either not reviewed or not accurate.
Per another review complaining about showing ID , I am certain if your account was impacted due to no ID needed, the first to blame would be the AEFCU. This is done for the consumer safety
To AEFCU Staff , there is NO other financial institution that can provide the best possible customer service , help with ANY issues and always done with a kind word, smile and our family is extremely proud to be members for over 30 years.
Have recommended AEFCU to friends,family members and will continue to do so ! Keep smiling!

I visited My American Eagle Federal Credit Union in Cromwell, on Saturday March 31, 18.
I was treated with respect, kindness
courtesy, and professionalism. It was an uplifting and positive experience.

My sister brought me there so I could open andaily start an account. The man working with us was very kind and understanding. I would most definitely recommend this bank to othets.

Teller's are knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is excellent. Banks could learn a thing or two from American Eagle!

Best customer service in each branch and over the phone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my banking.
