Carbone's Kitchen

Stopped in here for lunch today after hearing both my mom and aunt rave about the food. They were right! I loved the atmosphere when I entered; it felt relaxed and classy (but not like I needed to dress up in a suit). For starters the bread and herb butter was to die for. Upon reviewing the lunch menu I ordered the chicken parm. Holy cheese pull! The soft blanket of melted cheese that enshrouded my chicken cutlet made the whole experience that much more enjoyable (cheese pull video attached). Definitely will be coming back and trying their dinner menu and a cocktail next time.

We recently had our wedding dinner party here. Lydia and her team did a great job of taking care of everyone and everything. The appetizers kept coming out and were delicious. The staff catered to our needs, taking care of the wedding cake we brought to the event. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for an intimate and elegant place for your event.

This was our first time eating at the Bloomfield location and it was great dining experience just like the Rocky Hill location. The food is incredible and the service has always been really good. The manager even made it a point to stop and chat with us for a couple minutes to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I believe that you get what you pay for so if you're looking for a nice to place to eat with great food and service then ANY of the Carbones locations will not disappoint.

We went to Carbone's for my birthday dinner. It was our first time but definitely not our last. Our servers Kendra and Kaylee were very helpful and all around just great servers. Drinks were perfect. We ordered Philly steak egg rolls( greasy but good) chicken pesto pizza.... (Absolutely amazing, crispy, sauce was perfect! ) And the stuffed portobello. I loved the dish but the mushroom was to vinegary for me. We also received a $20 off for our next visit just for celebrating my birthday there! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

This was our first time here. We were sat in a very comfortable booth in the bar/lounge area. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had the shrimp casino to start. It was pretty good. For dinner we split the lobster stuffed cod. The dish was obviously made to order and the spinach in the dish was so good. I loved the decor and venue. Really cool Italian place.

Lunch staff was friendly and attentive. My eggplant parm over spaghetti was delicious. The place filled quickly but there was still a few seats available on a Thursday afternoon.

This was our first time at Carbones, and we were very impressed from the time we walked into the restaurant. We were pleasantly greeted at the reservation counter. Our server, Siobhan was very customer focused, friendly, and attentive to us as customers. The food was amazing! We had appetizers, main course, dessert, and drinks. Everything was well prepared and very tasteful. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

A frequented after work hot spot which never fails to disappoint. From the quieter days to the holidays to everything in between, the top quality service and food makes for a superb customer experience. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere for personal and professional events alike.

Great place to get lunch or dinner. They have a great menu mostly Italian and everyone in our family liked their dish. Nice place to celebrate with family for any occasion!

Warm tasty bread. Good sized portions well prepared. The smaller menu allows focus on core favorites. Service was spot on.

My family and I love Carbone’s! They have the best salads, pizza, and pastas! They even have gluten free pasta and pizza! Wonderful! Service is always cheerful.

Best bar in Bloomfield! Lots of room and the booths in the bar are super. The tenderloin meatballs are the best. All dishes never disappoint. Carbones sauce is like my Italian grandmothers sauce which is hard to match. We are also addicts of the take out dinners for two. It's a great deal!.

Had a great meal here. Pasta was fresh and flavorful. Staff was really nice and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Just moved to town. This restaurant is old fashioned luxury, great service, perfect cocktails, delicious food. Really give Carbones my highest praise. We will be regulars!

This is my family’s favorite restaurant (especially my grandma’s). I come from a half Italian family that loves its food and we come here for every event!! The food is delicious and to be honest the price and portions are super reasonable. The parking is easy, it’s never too crowded, and service is excellent even for a large group. Only nice things to say about my favorite restaurant that is just as delicious as it’s hartford counter part, but a bit more laid back in nature! Eat the carbonara it’s my favorite dish!!! - Scooby Baby

Great food and service. The portions are generous but not overwhelming. Plenty of parking and comfortable seating with a warm ambiance. Definitely going to visit them again.

I have dined at Carbone's Kitchen many times, and they consistently produce high-quality meals. The table service is wonderful, and I appreciate that they can accommodate my daughter's food limitations. Definitely my go-to place when I'm in the area. My ONLY complaint is that the weekday happy-hour ends too early :(
