Wonderful, kind people. My daughter and I enjoyed our pedicures and manicures very much! I can’t wait to go back again.

Update- I love this place, everyone is so nice and welcoming, Cherry usually does my nails and she does a wonderful job. She is so considerate and kind and my nails always look so beautiful! I really love the care she puts into them.

Since relocating it's been hard finding a nice nail shop I ran into this place called Tiffany nail & spa and WENT IN FOR A pedicure Green tea #2... Let me say from the time I walked in and walked out the customer service was phenomenal the place was very clean and the 10 min massage with the stones BAAAABBBAAYYY!!!! IT WAS WORTH EVERY DIME they do have a basic passage that's very affordable I will be back n my feet feel FABULOUS!!!!

I really love coming here. When I started getting my nails done I went to a different place each time I needed to get them done until I found this place. I really love how detail orientated San is with nails. He is careful, gentle and really listens to what you want. I am someone who gets nervous or a little anxious in new places and I’ve always felt welcome here. I think it is a wonderful place to go to. It’s also family friendly too so I can take my kids here too.

Highly recommend this place for your nail care needs. I tried a couple of other locations nearby and was dissatisfied with the results. I tried Tiffany's and will continue to come back every month. Everyone on the staff is friendly and provide excellent services.

Can’t recommend enough! Came here as a walk in when my usual place was full and now I’ll be making this my usual place from now on. These are my gel nails after 8 days on vacation with constant exposure to sun, sea and many hours in the pool! Not a chip in sight and still shiny

This is the BEST nail salon in Cromwell. They are a friendly, family owned business and the owners also live in town. All of the staff are experienced, and the quality of their work and products are great! Other salons use cheap products that don't last. I would not go anywhere else!

Very friendly staff, very attentive technicians that don't rush the job and make sure that you're happy with the results. I drive an extra 30 minutes to go here rather than somewhere closer because I enjoy their service so much!

I had gotten their Shea butter pedicure and it was great!!! The sweet lady took her time and did a great job with the gel nail polish. I will definitely be going back again!

Edit:: this post is for the new owners as my other one was 2 years ago. I have been there since the new owners have been there probably 4 times now i still really love their services. My pedicure was amazing as usual. Definitely no complaints there. Although the past two times I have had the same kind of negative experience I know it's a touchy subject but the owner brings her young son. I have 2 young children myself which I have brought to work with me having a family business I do understand bringing them but for the setting that it is being a salon where I want to relax, because I don't get to often, I especially don't want to be around the child shouting, picked his nose and wiped it on the side of the counter where people pay, running up and down the isle shooting nerf guns (one of the employees joined him when he wasn't working with a client anymore) I'm not trying to offend anyone and I don't think that bringing him there is inappropriate, I just think he shouldn't be doing certain things like that which makes it for an overall unenjoyable experience no matter how good the pedicure was. Unfortunately going to try somewhere else next time for a more relaxing experience.

Really enjoyed my experience and will be coming back again. My husband and I were able to enjoy a pedicure service and they accommodated my for nails, I had shown them a picture of what I wanted and it came out amazing.

I got a pedicure and a dip . The manicure last over 3 weeks..cherry did a good job. The nails are so even . Love her job ~~

Had an appointment for 10:30 and my nail artist took me at 10:45. I didn’t even care about that at all bc I was in no rush, but she still gave me a free design and took $2 off anyways! They were really busy and my artist still took her time. They literally look like they could be my real nails. I went to Fancy Nails across the street last time and even though I made an appointment, they treated me like I was a huge inconvenience and rushed.

I’m so happy with my service at Tiffany Nails and would highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely love Tiffany nails! Have been going here for almost a year now and they never fail to get it actually how I want. Cherry is one of the best nail techs i’ve ever been to she is so precise! Love that they have multiple staff and work efficiently.

I never write reviews, but felt that I should share. This is hands down the best nail salon in the area. I have been to several and they don’t compare to this salon. It is also much cleaner! They really take the time and effort to do a good service. I recently got the best manicure I’ve ever had. I won’t get my nails done anywhere else!

They took me with very little notice and were very polite and helpful. Cherry did a great job on my fill and took time to make sure each nail was shaped perfectly. Her son was there and was a little gentleman, pulling out chairs and opening the door for customers. I'd highly recommend this salon.

Got a gel mani and it last 3 weeks 🏵 and the girl was so nice and they did wax for hands also for free

The last time I was at Tiffany nails was in the Spring 2018 before the owner change and I was not happy with the service. I wasn't surprised that it was taken over b/c the previous manager was not as friendly as she used to be. I had stop going prior to the Spring b/c I wasn't fond of the previous manager, but I needed services ASAP.

My first time coming back since new management was beginning of October 2018 for manicure and pedicure. I was very pleased and impressed with Tina's work. She takes her time, makes sure that your nails are evenly painted and if getting a french manicure they look the same on both hands. I have been going back to see Tina every two weeks for a gel manicure. Tina has also done my eyebrows and my daughter's.
All staff including Bella who sits at the front and answers the phone is very pleasant and helpful. I am happy to return again and again.

Went there after I had my nails done donewhere else ( usaual spit over 2 yrs) but all new faces , went to Tiffany’s , and explained my circumstance , she immediately took me in , reshaped , and actual put what I asked , she had different ideas and helped me with getting / understanding what I was looking for , had pedi , very calming , they all are like a team …. They gave me a 10 $ go . Thank you Tiffany’s

I got a manicure with acrylic nails and they're beautiful. My nail technician was so nice. The place was clean and spacious. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been coming here for 3years now. Haven’t been in 4months since my daughter was born. It took me a minute to realize they were under new ownership. I was nervous because of the recent reviews on here and although I feel bad, I can’t say I had a bad experience! Ryan took his time with my manicure and (even with this new mama forgetting to shave her legs🤣) did a great job with my pedicure too! I’m so pleased with my services today.

Have always have great service here no matter who I get 😃 they did trials and the chrome nails for my wedding and they came out amazing !
