Hancock Pharmacy VII

Turn around from drop off to pick up is always prompt. Knowledgeable staff gets things done. If they don't have a specific medication in stock they will accommodate within 24 hours. Reliable and consitent delivery so far. I would recommend this place.

I've been using Hancock for going on two years now and they are pleasant people to work with . When ever i call for my medications in the morning i have them by that evening. i appreciate that i dont have to leave my home at my age some times its hard. i dont have a car. so the delivery is good for me.

Too many delivery drivers are lazy and they illegally park their cars in front of curb cuts.This makes it difficult for wheelchairs to use the sidewalk.NOT Victor he spends the extra minute to park his car legally.He is a great person !!!

I have used Hancock Pharmacy for over 3 years. My delivery drivers are a nice group of people.. It's much easier for me to have my scripts delivered because I have 3 children, and my youngest is 16mnths old but has a disability due to Dandy-Walker Syndrome (Varient). So YES delivery is a plus. The couple of cons I have is there hours of operation. I tried to call around 640pm and realized that they were already closed. So I have to wait for tomorrow. Also when a script that was supposed to be called in and hadn't , usually the pharmacist would deal with that situation. (Walgreen's ALWAYS dealt with my doctor and my insurance if necessary)..But for some reason they tell me to track down the doctor and/or insurance issues. I understand that they (The Pharmacy Staff) is busy but they have more information about the doctors,there phone numbers and other resources to facilitate a more speedy response than I would be able to receive. But I still use the Pharmacy And don't plan on changing. Muchas gracias.. Thanks very much. :-)

Don't deliver on time

I called them on Jan 25th 2021 for them to retrieve meds from st rays& deliver before my mom ran out OK he said I HAD to call back days later because no delivery was made & now she's out of one of her daily meds AGAIN ok I'll have someone bring them out that was the 28th its NOW 2//21&AND she out of 3pills and they not answering 😒...I'll be switching my mom's meds to Apex in hamden
