Dr Ganeles, Dr kallor and Dr lopez all of them are awesome. Great practice. I have been taking my kids to them from the time they were born . Now they are 11 and 9. No complaints at all. I drove 45 mins everytime for past 11 yrs, though its hard to drive 45 mins for every appointment but never felt changing them to anyother close by practices. They are always accomodating whenever needed and always available to answer any questions that we may have. So fortunate to found Dr ganeles as my kids pediatrician . She is so patient , so knowledgable and great with kids. I even used to call them when kids fell sick on our international trips. Highly recommend !

I've been wanting to write a review because Dr. Ganales is so wonderful. We've been going there with both our sons for 4 years. When our youngest was born, we had many issues with his reflux and Dr. Ganales went above and beyond to help us through that difficult time.

Dr. Ganeles was my pediatrician when she started in West hartford and now I am 39 almost 40, now she has been both of my daughters since birth and they are 11 and 12 love this practice they are so kind and attentive.

When I was pregnant with my now 11 year old son, I interviewed many pediatricians before we decided on a pediatricians office in West Hartford. The day my son was born Dr Kallor from that office was on St Francis hospital and he has been my sons pediatrician since.Hes an exceptional doctor so we followed him and his partners from West Hartford to their bigger fancier offices in Bloomfield. Dr Kallor Is a great doctor and always knows the right remedies for my sons ailments ( both serious and minor) and always has a friendly disposition. My son thinks the world of him and always enjoys his office visits. We love that their medical office staff have all worked together for the past 11+ years.

My son has been coming here since birth. All of the Doctors are fabulous and very knowledgeable. The office staff is pretty good (I’ve only had one rude staff encounter in all the years my son has been going); but for the most part everybody is friendly and accommodating! Excellent group of doctors!

We've been going there since the birth of my 3 children. The doctors there are so attentive, kind and professional. They've addressed all my concerns whenever called. My kids loves the staffs there they became more of a family to us. Love everyone there at Pediatric Partners.

I've been seeing Dr. Ganales since birth and I'm 21...it's time for me to leave my wonderful pediatrician and I highly recommend her or any of the other doctors as they are all so great. I will also be bringing my children here when the time comes and she already knows! lol. If I could give more stars I would - all the staff there is awesome! Take it from someone who's been with them since birth, this is the place for your child. Big Kudos to the docs, you guys are so great!!!!

I am glad my wife found this pediatric care, everytime we go here with our kid they greet us and are the kindness professionals workers. The doctors always answers all our questions and they give us advice. They make me feel that they care about us.

Dr. Lopez is the best. I was concerned about my daughter having a milk allergy and she listened to me and offered plenty suggestions. She spent an hour with me and I never felt rushed. She is the best pediatric doctor.

I just had a baby three weeks ago and couldnt have stumbled upon a better place! I just happened to google a search for local pediatricians, and they popped up! Dr. Ganeles is so good i wish she could be my dr! I had a question about medications and she called me back minutes later with a hotline number to reassure me. She even helps with breastfeeding right there in the office. This is bloomfields best kept secret!

I have been seeing Dr. Ganelles since my son was about 3 or 4. He's 16 now and my daughter is 6. She is awesome with my two kids.I have recommended her numerous times.

Great doctors and I can always get an appointment same day if my little guy needs to be seen.

Completely and utterly under whelmed with this practice. I couldn’t change doctors fast enough and am a bit disappointed I went with them to begin with. There was a lack of communication between the nursing staff and doctors which ended up with unnecessary appointments. I was brushed off as a “first time mom” and my concerns were ignored. My daughter ended up having to be admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics after they failed diagnose an ear infection. I know people love then but unfortunately I had a horrible experience with them. I would encourage those who choose this practice to be very vigilant and proactive if their child is sick or skip them all together and take them to urgent care instead.

Flabbergasted! My daughters pediatrician at Pediatric Partners is great, she is always very helpful and informed me of an after hours or on-call service that I can use when we need help outside of business hours. This evening I had to call for my sick daughter and a gentleman doctor, I believe Dr Kallor, called me back. He was VERY short with me so i apologized for being an inconvenience to him, as he was not my daughters primary doctor. He literally told me I woke him up out of bed and that he was not getting paid for helping me. I told him he did not have to be rude and his exact words were “excuse me??? If you are going to call me rude I will cancel this right now and your daughter can wait until normally business hours to be seen”. I was shocked. He was more worried about his beauty sleep and getting paid over the well being of a patient that goes to his office. Makes me wonder how many other patients he refused to see or help because it effected his sleep schedule or pay. Makes me sick.

First impression is everything,good thing I called cause the vibe I got was weird

Worst Pedetricians ever and worst receptionists ever. They are so rude. They put you on hold for so long without telling you. If you call to ask the doctor something about your baby, the doctor will not return your call. Dr. Kallor enjoys seeing your baby crying and being in pain. Don’t waste your time going there and dealing with them.
