Never did I think going to the dentist could be a positive experience, but Bayview has now proved me wrong twice. Dr. Ricks goes out of his way to ensure a truly pain-free treatment, and his entire team balances efficiency and professionalism with kindness and care. Most notably, they came in on their day off to do an emergency root canal for me — which is unlike any other patient care I’ve encountered in any medical field. I’m beyond grateful that Bayview is here, and will continue to trust only Dr. Ricks with my future dental needs.

Dr. Ricks took my wisdom tooth out and it was super smooth and pain free! My recovery was very fast too and I was able to eat in a few hours. The x-ray and exam were done very professionally and thoroughly as well. Dr. Ricks was very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his patients. The staff are friendly and competent. The office was clean and well organized, with an amazing lake view! Five Stars!

Only acquire care here if you wish to be treated as part of the family and with attention to detail/consideration the staff would expect for themselves. 6/5 stars

Dr. Ricks has a great bedside manner. Willing to discuss all possible alternatives to dental issues. Helped me through a major dental procedure. If something is beyond his comfort level, he has no problem referring you to another dental specialist. Staff are professional, warm and friendly. I feel lucky to have found Bayview Dental!

Wonderful. Most gentle cleaning I have ever had. Kind and friendly from front desk to the dentist himself. He actually listens and doesn't treat you like your terrible if you have a cavity. And that speaks volumes to children and adults. Thank you guys!

I was really anxious about seeing a dentist because of the amount of dental work that I needed to get fixed. Dr. Ricks did a great job about explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. He's incredibly personable and easy-going. The staff is friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Ricks and staff worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of the entire time I was there. It is a family friendly place, and I will continue to go to here. My wife and I recently moved to Mt and I needed some major work done. Bay view was able to fit us in earlier than other offices and went to straight to working on the decay I had happening on my teeth. The office is amazing, the staff are friendly, and the view of the lake while you are sitting in the chair makes the visit actually enjoyable! Highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

Exceptional dental experience. I first came here after damaging a tooth that ultimately was removed. Dr. Ricks is an excellent care provider and very skilled. Sadly, this was not my first extraction, but I can honestly say that Dr. Ricks is by far the best dentist I have ever visited.
Care and concern, and fun small talk make the visits go quickly, and his staff helps him to maintain the high level of care that he provides.
If you need a dentist, this is your guy.
If you don't need a dentist, you still need this guy. He is awesome!

After experiencing severe tooth pain for days I called Bayview Dental
they got me in right away. Instead of pulling the tooth (That other dentist wanted too) that was causing the severe pain Dr. Ricks fixed and saved the tooth. Dr. Ricks also had laid out a plan to get all my other teeth fixed down the road. They have a wonderful staff, family/friendly, professional, and prompt. The Best Dentist I've ever been too. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

My husband has been coming here for the last year and he loves it! We both have trouble with letting people work on our teeth but Dr. Ricks is just amazing at making anyone feel comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Was referred by family to Dr. Ricks I have a lot of missing teeth and cavities every dentist I have been to before has just wanted to pull my teeth they never wanted to fix them. But today I had my first visit with Dr. Ricks and he laid out a plan to get all my teeth fixed and get me a partial denture so that I can have a full set of teeth again and chew right. After experiencing two days of severe tooth pain on a holiday weekend and calling every dentist in the book, I contacted Dr, Ricks and he personally came in to do an emergency extraction. He and his wife were extremely helpful, professional and promptly made my pain go away. I would highly recommend Dr. Ricks.

This is the best dental I have ever gone too! They did a wonderful job. Gentle, clean, and quick! They did alot of extra work on my teeth then they had to in such little time. Very responsive. Got me right in. I had a cracked tooth along with a very bad tooth that was painful and they fixed me right up. I loved that Noel (DA) took her time to polish alot of extra teeth. My teeth look brand new! I am very impressed

While traveling from Nv in route to Glacier National Park we found ourselves in Polson Mt. where my husband had an extreme dental emergency. Fortunately for him I called Bayview Dental where Dr. Ricks and his staff were able to squeeze him in to their schedule. Dr. Ricks and his staff are a caring and professional team. You guys. This place is wonderful. Seriously. Everyone is amazing. I called with tooth pain while visiting our lake house and Dr. Ricks squeezed me in that same day even though they were crazy booked. He is the best dentist I have ever visited!

I do not hesitate to have friends and family come here for outstanding care. A few things here cannot be duplicated at any other office, such as an always stunning Lake view, very little waiting, as this is not one of those high volume practices. Dr Ricks and his staff treat patients like family.

Been to many dentists to get some long time issues resolved. None of them were either capable or willing to see the process through to the end, just wanted to refer me here or there and brushed me off. The staff at bay view made what I thought was going to be a painful, long and drawn out process happen in less than a week and this included oral surgery. I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff here. I felt important and it was obvious that I was looked at as a person and not a pay check which was all I was to other local dentists. At other dentists I was looked at initially and handed a bill that made me think i was going to have to hit the lottery to solve my issues. The team here worked with my dental insurance and educated me instead of making me feel like I’m on my own. They even saw me after my surgery to make sure I felt comfortable about the results of the surgery. Thank you bay view dental, my entire family are now loyal patrons for life.
