Better Built has hands down been the best contracting company I’ve ever worked with. Their communication was clear and regular and someone was available to answer any questions I had. Their work is quality and the project flew by. When it was all over, it was like they’d never been there (except my house felt brand new)!

I had a room built in my basement and they also did some plumbing and electrical upstairs. I trust them with any project and will be a customer for life!

Better Built was awesome! They helped us reconfigure and design our entire basement. We have a nice relaxing entertainment space as well as a new workout area and laundry room!

BBB took our basement from studs to beautifully finished in five weeks. The complete transformation not only added comfortable, insulated useable space to our home, but certainly increased the financial value. We had received quotes from other vendors, and Jim landed in the middle. We selected him and his team given their expertise and professionalism. We appreciated their communication, timeliness, and "best practice" advice throughout the process. They used project plans, formal sign-offs, and proactive phone calls to demonstrate their planning & communication ability. Jim & Jake balanced our vision for the space with our budget constraints, and frequently consulted with us on the process. At the same time, his crew came and moved expeditiously (and safely during Covid) to minimize the disruption we had day-to-day. The end result has been a beautiful, bright, contemporary space that feels secure and well-insulated. Jim helped us to maximize our floor plan to include a small gym, play area, living room, office, and closet space. Highly recommend going with this team for a worry-free and no-regret upgrade. Working with Better Built Basements was fantastic. When I was looking for a business to complete my kitchen and bathroom remodel, I wanted a company that would handle every stage of my project. Better Built is that company. They handled demo, electrical, plumbing, installation and then some. We are obsessed with our new basement built in May 2023. I was so impressed with the timeliness and cleanliness of the contractors during the process of our new basement being built. We had a newborn baby at the time... literally 3 weeks old and the contractors would show up on time, were courteous, efficient and friendly. I also worked with this company on some "smaller" jobs around my house and had the same results as our major project of renovating our basement - efficient, neat, and great quality work. This company also came in with the best price but the quality is great! They can handle anything so anytime we have a project to be done I just reach out to them! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Better Built Basements for our basement project. From the beginning, Jim and Kaitlyn met with my wife and I to discuss our ideas to finish approximately 700 square feet of raw, unfinished space. This project would require framing, electrical, heating, insulation, drywall, trim, paint, lighting, windows, doors, flooring, new stairs – basically everything to make our basement become a seamless extension of the rest of our home; and that’s what BBB delivered! They were able to help us transform our concept into reality, offering scaled options at various price points, ensuring that we were able to keep the space we conceptualized, within a budget that worked for us. When it came to the work, the crews were fast, efficient, neat, and thorough! The project started in a timely manner, stayed on schedule, and actually finished ahead of schedule. The Project Manager was present, knowledgeable, and receptive to any questions or concerns that we may have had along the way. BBB uses a job tracking tool called Builder Trend that makes it easy for the homeowner to know what is going on from day to day throughout your project and if your presence is required, or not. In the end, the process was seamless and we are beyond pleased with the way our space turned out. I had a great experience with BBB finishing our basement. They worked with us to maximize the space, without going over our budget. The project started in a timely manner, stayed on schedule and ended up completing ahead of schedule. The workers were professional and efficient. Project managers were courteous and addressed any questions or concerns we had. The best thing about BBB is that they are a one stop shop. They bring all the materials, they have all the workers that specialize each step of the way, and keep you up to date on the schedule with a calendar. I already recommended BBB to a friend who will be using them as well. I would use them again when I need another project done in my home.

Nick and Ignacio just left and I couldn’t be happier with all of their hard work & the finished product, having doors that finally work (and well!) as well as their attention to detail, respectfulness of our space and privacy throughout the process…. All the way from the initial quote and visit with Wayne who was so helpful, to Jim’s great communication throughout. Nick and Ignacio crushed it!!

I had the pleasure of working with the Better Built Basement team on our basement finishing project. This included an oversized office, a living area with a fireplace, replacement of all windows, and a full bathroom. I hired BBB to finish my basement. The project took exactly the amount of time they estimated. I found Kaitlyn (office manager) to be very responsive and addressed any concerns or questions immediately. The workers were all very friendly and professional. It was expensive but I got several quotes for the project and theirs was in line with the others, it is simply an expensive time to remodel. I am very happy with the basement and my kids have basically moved in down there!

Two years ago, I met with BBB Randy to add a bathroom on our second floor. Now, two years later, after having done such a good job on our bathroom, we have finished our basement with BBB, adding a bedroom, bathroom, bar, and theater. Our home was recently constructed by Toll Brothers. Making renovations to and matching the high quality to that of Toll brothers' can be challenging at times. We were so fortunate to work with BBB and their construction quality. They make sure their customer receives exactly what they ask for and more. We have worked with Randy throughout the entire process from start to finish. He is very professional and always available to address your needs. They have good contractors and maintain the delivery schedule. Throughout the construction process, I never had to worry about anything. We love our basement, and are always receiving compliments on it! We are very thankful towards the entire BBB construction team for working on our project.
