Not a good homecare agency they don't communicate with clients. My mom received 24 hour care with one PCA who she trust. They want to take hours from mom Pca spilt hours with another PCA so mom Pca has to find new work cus hours cut. They cutting mom off cus she will not take offer leaving her with no PCA Don't trust this agency. Filing report on them with state. Mom is 92 with Parkinson . This so call agency plays with senior citizens mental health Letting them build trust with Pca and they take the Pca away. No nurse either to check pressure. Smh Filing report on them with state! As of Monday my mom will have no PCA and I have to take over until. Good news a professional Agency called and start Sunday.

Was offered 300$ after working 300 hours even signed a paper but never received the money. However, the one who referred me was given the money. My guess is that the manager Lesah took the money for herself.
