Active + Anchored - Dance+Fitness Studio

Active & Anchored is the place to be for me, with a variety of fitness classes to keep my wellness journey diversified! Erika and the instructors at the studio are the best I've ever had...keeping me fit and motivated to continue on in my fitness progress. The atmosphere is one of encouragement, with high energy to push me harder in my workouts, and great inspiration! There's, also, the added benefit in a dose of friendship in a welcoming fitness community that becomes a fitness family! Thank you, Erika!

The best dance studio there is. Each instructor has their own style but boy do we sweat in all the classes. June marks 4 years dancing my way to health and happiness with this fit family. Everyone is friendly, fun, and welcoming. I can't say it enough, you will not be disappointed! Come try a FREE class!

I had a gift card from my husband to try zumba for a month... I LOVE IT the staff and the people made me feel super comfortable and welcoming.. 100% recommended

I’ve been at this studio since the day the doors opened. I’ve always had a sense of belonging. “I love it there” is and understatement. My co-workers and all the members that have blessed us there have made it much more than just a place to workout but more like a second home. A place where everyone feels welcomed, appreciated and a part of. It’s a family. Not to mention the instructors are amazing 🤩

What an amazing place to get your fitness on! The class instructors are full of energy and motivate you to be the best you can be. I’ve been coming here for years and have made great progress in my Weightloss journey with their help. You also make some amazing new friends too! This studio is the best place to work out! The classes are all fun which makes it easy to come back each day. The instructors are all friendly, energetic, and encouraging, and you will always leave sweaty and smiling :)

I am so blessed to have Zumba in my life and the wonderful people that I work out with every day. These individuals are more than workout companions they have become my second family and this studio is my second home.
I have such a wonderful appreciation for all of the instructors who day in and day out teach us new choreographies , keep up with all the music, the playlists and everything that it comes with making a one hour class the ultimate dance party!!! Although my passion is Zumba I have attended every class there is to offer here and it’s never a disappointment! Every class takes FUN to the next level!

Love this place !! Everyone treats you like family . The classes are amazing The instructors are amazing . All the classes are for all levels of fitness . If you can’t do something The instructors will show you how to modify . Get up and get moving !!!

Members and instructors are great and all encourage, support, and motivate one another in classes. Active and Anchored makes your workout FUN. They have many different class types - so there is something for everyone!
