I just purchased hair color for the first time and got lots of help from Gabby. Very knowledgeable! She assisted me with shampoo, conditioner and mask too! Gabby has only been there a short time, but she is definitely an asset to Sally Beauty. It’s nice to see a young person, smiling and pleasant, waiting on customers. Pretty rare in 2023.

Great place to get what you need. Some staff was helpful. There's a short blonde girl that is so cheerful an great at her job. You could tell she loves what she does .

The store seems good, but when I asked about a particular brand the worker here was rude! I asked her if she has any Ella+Milla nail polish (which is fairly popular) she was like ‘What is that?’ In the rudest possible way! And then mentioned they don’t have anything for kids! I would have preferred if she at least asked me if she can give me an alternate option other than just completely shutting me out!

I’m not sure what the older lady’s problem is at this store but everytime I go in there or ask a question I get a rude response. I’ll be going to the other locations from now on.

During the pandemic this store is horrible. They do not answer their phones. There were two reps in the store the other day, one rep wasn't doing anything. I had my car parked right outside the window calling their store and they were letting the phone ring. Finally, it rang so long she decided to pick up. Today I call, it rings and then it seems like someone presses busy button. What a joke. That's what you call a legal robbery bare minimum work and getting paid for it. If I could rate them a zero I would.

Worker here tried harassing me and kept trying to flirt with me at her workplace…. While I’m in a relationship….. very unprofessional. Her name is Vanessa.
