Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with microwave choice and answered my questions. This is the second appliance I've purchased at Art's and I will most likely return as the need arises.

Excellent experience from walk in to delivery. I knew what I wanted and they gave me a competitive price. No hidden fees. Delivery was exactly on time.

We had a wonderful experience with Art's, from the salesman to the selection, prices and home delivery and installation. We even had a question about something with the fridge and they sent a very nice gentleman out and he resolved it within minutes. Can't say enough good things about Art's.

Great deal on our new grill. Delivery and set up was right on time , Helped me with the old one . Friendly staff, Just a top flight experience. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated right start to finish.

Arts was great to work with. My washing machine front loader door fell off in my beauty salon and I needed a washer right away. They were able to order one and get it to me within 36 hours. Delivery was great-set up was great. I would highly recommend.

5 stars all around. Delivery guys are great so great my wife and I tipped them 10 percent of our purchase order. They were kind and polite. They also did their absolute best making sure our new appliances were delivered safely and professionally looking out for the best interest of our home over anything else. Highly recommend Arts over any big box store.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Bought window air conditioner for three windows of my condo. Windows were odd size. They found perfect model, installed them and were correct when told me that they would work in tandem. They are quiet and go on an off keeping condo at constant comfortable temperature. my electricity cost decreased almost 25 percent.
Recently I had to buy an old and odd size over the range microwave.Again service excellent and their installer found a way to cut out the metal frame I had to fit the appliance. It took almost an hour. No extra charge.

After several visits to other big box retailers, our search ended at Art's to purchase our replacement stove top. The representative we worked with provided us with a warm welcome and was able to find us our item in stock at their warehouse, and arrange for a fast delivery and installation. The install personnel came when they were supposed to and our house is now back to normal. I will be back for any future appliace needs.

I am not a person to put up review's but i have to say that Mike and Andy have gone above and beyond during my purchase's. I built a home and purchased ALL my items from them, stove, range, refrigerator, washer dryer ect.. Any questions or concerns myself and my wife had were answered quickly and professionally. With the times we are now in every dollar counts and I will say Art's is the best deal around for my purchase's. We shopped the area and are very happy with the cost and information given.

Definitely 5 stars for pricing, customer service, and products offered. We purchased a dishwasher & stove at a sale price several months before they were needed for a kitchen renovation. Art’s held them for 3 months & then delivered the same week I notified them I could take delivery. Will use them for any appliance needs in the future!

I got my new appliances at a great price (with an additional manufacturer and distributor rebate) and they came in sooner than other stores could get them. Highly recommend.

After going to 2 big box stores and receiving no assistance from employees when asking for help, we purchased our appliances from Arts because of their help and knowledge.
