Preferred Dental of Cromwell

First time being here and I was completely satisfied. Doctors and hygienists were knowledgable and welcoming.
Receptionists were very nice. Erica was super patient, gave info on the office, explained the process, and did a great job cleaning my teeth.
Ellis did an amazing job on confidently removing my teeth gems that were needed to come off. Although, I was nervous they made sure I was happy with what I was walking out with.
I will be returning and bringing my little one in as well.

I have very bad anxiety about going to the dentist but they were so comforting, careful and not judgmental at all.

Ellis had a very calm personality and was even dancing around the office creating a happy fun environment!

Emely was so caring and comforting, as well. She came up with great ideas to keep me calm, distract me from everything happening and helped me with my belongings (headphones and phone) when I couldn’t move.

Most importantly, Dr. Meunier was exceptional. He is what every dentist should strive to be. He took the time to talk me through everything happening and answered all my questions truthfully but in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. He distracted me with witty chit chat, jokes and at one point even drew a sketch of my teeth for me. He was so understanding knowledgeable and relatable!

I also loved that everyone in the office was around my age (late 20s-early 30s). It made me feel like they weren’t just telling me what I wanted to hear because they really did understand how I was feeling. It was like I was hanging out with friends. I honestly think they changed my views of the dentist and I can’t thank them enough for it!

This group is highly recommended. They are highly professional and friendly beyond just being your dentist. From the front staff to who I must gives shout out, Ellis and Dr Meuiner worked in tandem which I never experienced. In the chair and having these two provide my dental needs to a highly favorable review. I'm a returning patient who is giving a true honest review of Preferred Dental.

Dr. Meunier and DA Emely are not only highly qualified professionals. They were also very attentive to my specific needs and they both have a perfect sense of humor! I never had to wait long in the waiting room, and there are plenty of receptionists who are always available. Outstanding service!

GO HERE FOR TEETH BLEACHING. I have been going to Preferred Dental of Cromwell for around 5-7 years now, and I just had one of the best experiences ever there just recently. I came in to replace a chipped tooth and eventually it turned into getting a teeth bleaching appointment with Ellis who was fantastic, explained everything very thoroughly and I had a pain-free appointment with amazing results. Shoutout to Dr. Meuiner and the whole staff, a very patient, cool team.

I am here at the dental office in Cromwell working with Julie and all the girls. I have to say I work with individuals within intellectual disability I have never been at a doctors office where people are so compassionate and caring for individuals and I’ve also witnessed Julie going out of her way to help another person. These people are absolutely amazing.

These two guys are Amazing 🤩 I would highly recommend this office and those two gentlemen Ellis and Zack to anyone they are fun loving and caring! and do amazing work!!

This place is great! I have the dentist who looks like shaggy from scooby doo but obv way better ! Haha ! They are always making me laugh, I feel comfortable, the assistants are great and knowledgeable ! They are flexible & fast. No complaints ! Love the whole office

Dr. Mestel is the absolute best dentist you'll ever find! Thanks to him, I no longer have anxiety with dental procedures! His assistants are also very kind and care about their patients! Highly recommended for adults & children! 🙂

This is my first time at Preferred Dental of Cromwell for my routine cleaning, and I was welcomed by wonderful staff! Chris did an awesome job taking my X-rays and he was so gentle and kind. Dr. Ayaz performed my cleaning and he was very mindful and thorough throughout the process. The office was very clean and nicely decorated for the Halloween. I love that each exam room had its own Hepa filter fan in it. I am grateful I had found this place for my family. Thank you for all that you do to help us keep our dental well-being healthy!

This was my first time visiting this dentistry office and I have to say I was impressed with my visit and have already recommended it to others. The staff was personable and professional from start to finish. The facility was clean and COVID mitigation procedures were followed closely. My dental hygienist, Lisa, cleaned my teeth with precision and care. This was the first time I left a dentist appointment without an aching mouth or bleeding gums from someone who was too rough or rushed with the cleaning. Additionally, it was easy to schedule my second cleaning in 6 months and the office staff assisted with sending paperwork into my insurance which was big help. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Preferred Dental of Cromwell for over 10+ years and I'm still ecstatic about how great their practice is. The hygienists are very professional and friendly and the Frontline staffing is phenomenal. I get asked all the time that why do I travel so far to see a dentist? When you get first class service like Preferred Dental gives I'm going to be a faithful customer, that's how good the practice is! Just got a cleaning and I feel so fresh and so clean! (cheering right now)!

The past month I have had major work done. Including but not limited to removel of my upper teeth due to Sjogren's disease..and surgery..

This amazing group of individuals from my doctor to the assistants and all of the front desk staff. Went above and beyond to provide me with excellent care and compassion.. I can't thank you all enough for this.

I am not finished with this dental situation. But I can say after all of my family members including my Ex husband.(.yes my Ex husband.. )seeing the care I received,are all patients here now.

The staff and doctors were amazing! My husband broke his front tooth, and they got us in immediately. They temporarily fixed it so he did not have a hole in his smile. They took our insurance and no hassle at all. I would highly recommend this practice!

From the process of accepting a new patient, (5 year old daughter) and it being her first dentist trip here they were nothing short of spectacular. She was a little nervous and they made her feel at home and very comfortable. Jackie the hygienist was so nice and explained everything she would be using for the cleaning. They did some x-rays and no cavities!! Everyone in the office was so helpful and nice. They've earned life-long patients!!
