Just a cleaning today. First came here with tooth ache.
Got in quick and tooth was pulled, I never even felt when the tooth was pulled. The Windauer staff is fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly. The heated neck pillow really made the visit relaxing. Thank you for such great care

I loved the heated neck pillow & a drink of cold water before the cleaning. They were very thorough and careful at the same time. I have many issues with exposed roots, so the depth of the pockets were recorded, as is normal periodically. Dr. Windauer did a thorough exam & referred me to my usual oral surgeon in Missoula. I couldn't remember his name, but the doc. found it online. Three different people were involved in my visit. Dental assistant did xrays and polishing my teeth, Dental Hygenist measured and recorded my pockets, cleaning my teeth, and flossing. The dentist said that my troublesome #2 tooth was deteriorating under the crown, therefore a root canal might not save the tooth. The root was crocked, so he recommended an oral surgeon do the extraction. He didn't think an implant would be necessary. He suggested that I see if I miss the tooth, once it is pulled and healed, which will take at least 3 months. I heartily recommend everyone from the front to the back of Polson Family Dentistry to care for your teeth.

My first visit. Quite an impressive office. Nicely Hi-Tech. The personnel were very friendly and professional, although even though I arrived on time, I was kept waiting to check in because one of 2 receptionists was on the phone with a customer while the other was nowhere to be found. After checking in, I was kept waiting another 15 minutes to get in the chair. Loved Dr Windauer, very sharp, personable, explained all thoroughly and advised on the most feasible of 2 solutions. I will return

Dr Windauer has always been great. Very supportive. They squeezed me in for extra work today, as the my knew I didn’t have much flexibility in my upcoming schedule. This saved me from having to take extra time away from work.

I had to make sure I did not have any infection in my teeth be fire a medical procedure. Dr Windauer identified a questionable dark spot and sent me to a specialist. We got the infection cleared out and then Dr Windauer built a crown for my tooth and installed it that day. Dr Windauer and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend his office for your dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Windauer for over 20 years and wouldn't trade him for the world. He's the best and so is his staff.😊

Front office ladies are amazing. Dental hygienist was great, and Dr. Windauer is very knowledgeable and was wonderful with the kids. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Went in for a cleaning today and had the best experience! I love the warm neck pillow and was happy that my cleaning was over in no time. The atmosphere was so comfortable and my teeth felt super clean when I left!

Polson Family Dentistry is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Windauer was kind and was able to get me an appointment last minute for a broken and very painful tooth. Macy was so nice and very personable and made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff were very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone!

The staff and Dr. were pleasant, patient and tried hard to be non judgemental with me. . Due to a recent head injury I came unprepared, they were understanding and saw me anyways. Just got xrays today. I will post you how his work is on my next visit.

Great dentist in Polson. Was very pleased for the moment I walked in the door , From the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist, couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Today’s appointment was to begin repairing a broken tooth with a gold crown. The office got me in immediately so repairs could begin and the dentist discussed my options. I couldn’t have been treated better. I am very pleased with the entire staff and thank them for caring.
